El último volumen comienza cuando a Cordelia Moonstone le dicen que pronto morirá y que no puede hacer nada al respecto. Rompió las reglas y ahora tiene que pagar el precio, al igual que todos sus amigos.

Trama
Este cómic comienza con un relato espeluznante, que narra como Carly Summers, una madre abnegada es atacada por un hombre con un bate y con los ojos cerrados, que la golpeó con crueldad y se lleva a su hija. Carly le tomó 8 años rehacer su vida luego de esta tragedia, y decide tener otra hija, quien sorpresivamente es de nuevo secuestrada por este ser tenebroso.
Este misterioso caso es investigado por Cordelia y sus dos nuevos aprendices Gator y Ashley, quienes sienten que hay un patrón mágico en toda esta historia. Los tres llegan hasta la guarida del hombre misterioso del bate quien los sorprende y hace que Cordelia viva una historia alterna.
Por otro lado un misterioso hechicero llamado Harry, intenta reclutar al mago extraordinario Clyde para que asesine a Cirdelia, Clyde se niega...por los momentos.
De nuevo Mark Millar desborda su creatividad donde toma un elemento como una pesadilla de cualquier padre y la convierte en una tragedia indetenible y aterrorizante, esta serie final promete sacudir unir nuestros sentidos con magia y giros inesperados.
Arte
Con un arte detallado y muy dinámico Matteo logra capturar ese mundo de misterio, magia y terror que Millar ha construido las bases sólidas de un universo donde varios artistas han dejado su impronta poderosa. La paleta de dolores crea un balance entre colores cálidos con fríos en transiciones hipnotizantes.
Resumen
Cordelia se enfrenta a un enemigo poderoso quien prepara una trampa que dura ocho años en tomar forma, de nuevo Millar desata su creatividad impactante en este volumen final.

Where does it comes from?
The final volume begins as Cordelia Moonstone is told she’s going to die soon and there’s nothing she can do about it. She broke the rules and now she has to pay the price, just like all her friends.

Plot
This comic begins with a creepy story, which tells how Carly Summers, a selfless mother is attacked by a man with a bat and with his eyes closed, who beat her cruelly and took her daughter. It took Carly 8 years to rebuild her life after this tragedy, and she decides to have another daughter, who is surprisingly kidnapped again by this dark being.
This mysterious case is investigated by Cordelia and her two new apprentices Gator and Ashley, who feel that there is a magical pattern in this whole story. The three of them reach the lair of the mysterious man with the bat who surprises them and makes Cordelia live a dream lke new life.
On the other hand, a mysterious wizard named Harry tries to recruit the extraordinary magician Clyde to kill Cirdelia, Clyde refuses...for the moment.
Once again, Mark Millar overflows his creativity where he takes an element like any parent's nightmare and turns it into an unstoppable and terrifying tragedy. This final series promises to shake our senses with magic and unexpected dark twists.
Art
With detailed and very dynamic art, Matteo manages to capture that world of mystery, magic and terror that Millar has built, the solid foundations of a universe where several artists have left their powerful imprint. The palette of pains creates a balance between warm and cold colors in hypnotizing transitions.
Summary
Cordelia faces a powerful enemy who prepares a trap that takes eight years to take shape. Once again, Millar unleashes his shocking creativity in this final volume.
