Plot
Happy explains to Tony that, although someone had died, they were brought back to life and sent messages to help Tony; this mysterious individual possesses information on all of Stark’s technology.

Tony manages to defeat the two Whiplashes using a new device in his armor that can hijack and control other technologies.

Taking advantage of the chaos caused by the Whiplashes—whom they had hired—Madame Masque and Adam Ware are stealing critical technology from one of Tony’s residences. While Tony is aware that Masque is behind this, he remains oblivious to the plans of Ware’s new A.I.M.

Pepper and Happy point out that Tony has been acting strangely; he has stopped creating his own inventions and is instead relying on technology developed by others. Just then, the Fantastic Four arrive to stage an intervention, concerned by Tony’s erratic behavior, which poses a danger both to himself and the entire planet.
