Trama
Spider-man le pide ayuda a los New Avengers para que lo ayuden a salvar a Boomerang, ya que el Alcalde Fisk (Kingpin) lo persigue para obtener todas las partes de la Lifeline Tablet paras traer de vuelta a su esposa.
Boomerang sabe donde queda los fragmentos de esta reliquia. Peter quiere ayudar a Boomerang porque son roommates desde hace un tiempo, Peter Parker y Fred Myers han desarrollado una amistad, sin embargo Luke Cage, Wolverine, Spider-Woman, Hawkeye, Iron Fist y Jessica Jones no están muy de acuerdo con esta alianza.
Para enredar todo Spider-man trabaja con la ayuda de la plataforma de noticias THREAT AND MENACES quienes le dieron un nuevo uniforme y debe seguir órdenes de JJ Jameson
Este cómic posee mucha acción, comedia y unos giros en la trama intensos.

Plot
Spider-man asks the New Avengers to help him save Boomerang, as Mayor Fisk (Kingpin) pursues him to obtain all the parts of the Lifeline Tablet to bring back his wife.
Boomerang knows where the fragments of this relic are. Peter wants to help Boomerang because they have been roommates for a while, Peter Parker and Fred Myers have developed a friendship, however Luke Cage, Wolverine, Spider-Woman, Hawkeye, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones do not agree with this alliance.
To get things more complicated Spider-man works with the help of the news platform THREAT AND MENACES who gave him a new uniform and he must follow orders from JJ Jameson.
This comic has a lot of action, comedy, and intense plot twists.
