Basada en la exitosa serie de tv llamada en Latinoamérica el Hombre Nuclear con el actor Lee Majors, donde un astronauta de la NASA sufre un accidente y mejoran con tecnología biónica sus piernas, brazos un ojo y parte de sus órganos.
Esta tecnología le permite tener super fuerza, super velocidad y con su visión puede ver más allá de todo, es decir, es el espía perfecta.
Transcurre el año 1974, Niko es una espía que descubre que en Tokyo hay un peligroso misil que puede destruir EE.UU, ella se comunica con la CIA.

En The Six Million Dollars Man #4, Austin sobrevive a la caída pero ahora está totalmente inútil y el atentado al vicepresidente está por suceder, debe ayudar a Niko como sea.
