Elvira, la presentadora nocturna de filmes de terror las décadas de 1980 y 1990 encarnada Cassandra Peterson, regresa con aventuras en su formato de cómic. Elvira es una mujer voluptuosa y divertida que ama el género del terror y el look gótico, su película Elvira Mistress of the Dark del año 1988 es de culto. Su principal característica es su agudo sentido del humor/auto-consciente y que frecuentemente rompe la cuarta pared. En este cómic resaltan todas estas cualidades.

REVIEW IN ENGLISH:
Elvira, the late night host of horror films in the 1980s and 1990s incarnated Cassandra Peterson, returns with her adventures in a comic book format. Elvira is a voluptuous and funny woman who loves the horror genre and the gothic look, her film Elvira Mistress of the Dark of the year 1988 is of cult movie. Its main characteristic it's her acute sense of humor / self-conscious and that frequently breaks the fourth wall. This comic highlight all these qualities.
Plot
Elvira and Eddie try to sell ideas for Elvira's next movie / TV series, which relate to her adventures in the comics The Shape of Elvira and Elvira Mistress of the Dark (both masterfully written by David Avallone), but fail to convince the executives of the TV networks.
Sad and exhausted (because of the Midsommar Margaritas) Elvira falls asleep in her sofa and dreams of Vincent Price, who saves her from death by guillotine, to wake up and discover that her agent sold the idea of Elvira to another television station with another protagonist, this finish destroying Elvira's day.
Suddenly the ghost of Vincent Price appears with a question for Elvira, he wants to know if she knows the legend of a movie called RISE OF THE RAM, which Vincent filmed but was never released.
Vincent asks Elvira to help him find the last copy, because it could mean the end of the world, for that they visit producer Steven Eden, but something perverse is hiding.
The dialogues in this comics are hilarious and self-aware, it will make you laugh at all the occurrences of Elvira. David avallone returns with another superbly written series.
Art
The level of quality in the detail, angles and the way it shows Vincent and Elvira's facial expressions are impressive and very accurate.
Summary
With nostalgia and a lot of comedy, Elvira ventures to save the world accompanied by her hero, Vincent Price
