RESEÑA EN ESPAÑOL/INGLÉS DE "MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE: REVELATION #1 DE 4" CON SPOILERS
Mattel, Inc. y Dark Horse Comics anunciaron su alianza para lanzamiento de la serie de cuatro cómics “Masters of the Universe: Revelation”. Con cuatro cómics que se lanzarán a partir de julio de 2021 que servirá como una precuela de la próxima serie animada "Masters of the Universe: Revelation" de Netflix y Mattel Televisiónque se estrenará el 23 de julio. Esta es la precuela oficial del cómic del próximo programa de televisión de Netflix escrito por los productores ejecutivos Kevin Smith y Rob David y el escritor de episodios Tim Sheridan y con arte de Mindy Lee (Crimson Lotus).
Después de un feroz ataque de Orlax contra su padre, el Rey Randor, He-Man descubre que la criatura está vinculada al origen de la espada del poder. Para salvar a Randor y poner fin al caos, He-Man se embarca en un viaje épico que lo enfrenta a sus viejos enemigos Skeletor y Evil-Lyn, y ve a Teela tomar las riendas de un poderoso legado.

TRAMA
El rey Randor y la reina Marlene hablan miran el cielo nocturno en el palacio, el rey teme de un ataque lo presiente.
Orlax, una especie de pulpo rosado ataca al rey dejando lo inconsciente como envenenado, He-man lo ataca, y con la espada del poder es lo único que lo hiere y desaparece.
Al parecer este ser ya había luchado contra esa espada y le teme. Llevan la rey con Sorceress y ella explica que la única manera es conseguir al Orlax para extraer el antídoto.
Sorceress lleva a He-man a The Corridor, portal del tiempo y dimensiones y envía a He-man para que busque en su pasado el origen de la espada del poder. Esto lo lleva a siglos en el pasado en Eternia, donde ve al Rey Greyskull luchando con Orlax, que hiere a uno de sus hijos.
El Rey Greyskull busca entre los dioses la cura para su hijo, le explican que el Orlax es un ser que vive entre dimensiones que solo lo puede herir con un arma que le haga daño de manera simultánea en ambas dimensiones, para eso el arma debe poseer el balance del poder en el universo.
Greyskull hace un pacto con el demonio o dios malvado de Eternia y tiene dos espadas, con los poderes malvado y bondadosos del universo, las fusiona y esta arma lo convierte en el primer Amo del Universo, así hiere al Orlax por primera vez. He-man se encuentra con otra versión (serie animada de los 90), interesante easter egg.
He-man descubre que debe buscar un tentáculo que se va a regenerar en otro Orlax y así conseguir el antídoto, pero nadie se percata que este monstruo quiere transmitir un mensaje misterioso y Skeletor lo sabe.
Así comienza esta historia llena de acción, misterio y mucha nostalgia de la serie animada original, donde refrescan al mitología, por lo que la serie de Netflix promete ser espectacular.
ARTE
Es un arte que evoca a los cómics que venían con las figuras de acción, le da textura y resalta la acción y capacidades físicas de estos guerreros.

This is the official comic book prequel to the upcoming Netflix television show written by Executive Producers Kevin Smith and Rob David and episode writer Tim Sheridan and featuring art by Mindy Lee (Crimson Lotus).
Following a vicious Orlax attack on his father King Randor, He-Man learns the creature is linked to the origin of the sword of power. To save Randor and put an end to the chaos, He-Man embarks on an epic journey that pits him against his longtime foes Skeletor and Evil-Lyn, and sees Teela take the reins of a powerful legacy.

PLOT
King Randor and Queen Marlene talk, they look at the night sky in the palace, the king is afraid of an attack he senses it.
Orlax, a kind of pink octopus attacks the king leaving the unconscious as poisoned, He-man attacks him, and with the sword of power he is the only thing that hurts him and disappears.
Apparently this being had already fought against that sword and fears it. The king is taken to Sorceress and she explains that the only way is to get the Orlax to extract the antidote.
Sorceress takes He-man to The Corridor, portal of time and dimensions, and sends He-man to search his past for the origin of the sword of power. This takes him centuries in the past in Eternia, where he sees King Greyskull fighting Orlax, who injures one of his sons.
King Greyskull seeks among the gods the cure for his son, they explain that the Orlax is a being that lives between dimensions that can only hurt him with a weapon that hurts him simultaneously in both dimensions, for that the weapon must possess the balance of power in the universe.
Greyskull makes a pact with the demon or evil god of Eternia and has two swords, with the evil and kind powers of the universe, he fuses them and this weapon makes him the first Master of the Universe, thus he wounds the Orlax for the first time. He-man meets another version (90's animated series), an interesting Easter egg.
He-man discovers that he must look for a tentacle that is going to regenerate in another Orlax and thus get the antidote, but no one realizes that this monster wants to transmit a mysterious message and Skeletor knows it.
Thus begins this story full of action, mystery and a lot of nostalgia for the original animated series, where they refresh the mythology, so the Netflix series promises to be spectacular.
ART
It is an art that evokes the comics that came with the action figures, gives texture and highlights the action and physical capabilities of these warriors.
