Trama
Amy ve como Bella o lo que parece ella usa un poder que transforma la piel en cintas, Amy en vida presenció todas las atrocidades que cometía Connely y sus compañeros, por lo que revela a Amy como este equipo de policías abusan de muchachas y las prostituyen.

What does it come from?
Discover how the Ribbon Queen entered our world! Detective Sun learns how the Ribbon Queen was released into the world by Bella, the murder victim at the center of a series of bizarre crimes who got up and walked out of the morgue the night before. Plus, another supernatural entity has arrived on the scene and targeted Detective Sun’s friend and colleague. Is he there to stop the Ribbon Queen — or does he have his own twisted agenda?
Plot
Amy sees how Bella or what it seems like she uses a power that transforms skin into ribbons, Amy in life witnessed all the atrocities that Connely and his companions committed, so she reveals to Amy how this team of police officers abuse girls and prostitute them.
Bella or part of her reveals that she began to hear the entity The Ribbon Queen in her mind so she made Connely stab her and jump out of the window, in reality she sought to create this whole show so that The Ribbon Queen takes over her and begin this massacre, while leaving Connelly as the culprit.
Shocking episode, where Agent Amy tries to stop this monster that possibly wants her as a new host.

It is very detailed full of brightness where every smallest detail stands out from the clothes, through the backgrounds and the facial expressions of pain and terror. There is an explicit gore scene (innards and viscera) with important detail.
Summary
Agent Amy finally understands that she is not facing Bella, she is facing a cruel and powerful entity.
