¿De Qué viene?
La ola de “histeria ovni” en 1947 fue lo suficientemente fuerte como para estimular las investigaciones federales oficiales sobre objetos voladores no identificados y lanzar el Proyecto Libro Azul de la Fuerza Aérea de los EE. UU. en 1952. En el capítulo final de James Tynion IV y Michael Avon Oeming, vemos las causas de este fervor nacional y los inicios del control de la cultura pop que ha durado casi un siglo.

Trama y Arte

BLUE BOOK 1947 escrito por JAMES TYNION IV con arte de MICHAEL AVON OEMING y rotulado por Tom Napolitano: Este capítulo narra cómo el proyecto Blue Book nace, comenzando Project Saucer, luego a Project Sign, luego a Project Grudge.
El objetivo del proyecto Blue Book fue conseguir una explicación lógica a los avistamientos de objetos extraños, este proyecto acuñó la siglas UFO (UNKNOWN FLYING OBJECT). Pero su prestigio se fue desmejorando con los años luego de nunca proporcionar explicaciones suficientemente contundentes.
Blue Book es cerrado luego de la llegada del hombre a la luna.
El arte usa tono y paleta de colores azul y negro, que ayudado a un excelente leguaje corporar, explica como ocurren los hehcos proporcionando un velo de misterio y suspenso.

TRUE WEIRD “WEIRDTHE COUNT OF ST. GERMAIN” de JOSH TRUJILLO JACK T. COLE y ADITYA BIDIKAR: este corto narra la misteriosa historia de St Germain, un misterioso personaje que se le adjudica muchos asesinatos, se creía inmortal y muchos misterios rondan alrededor de sus apariciones en Londres de principio de siglo XX.

What does it come from?
The wave of “UFO hysteria” in 1947 was strong enough to spur the official Federal investigations of unidentified flying objects and launch Project Blue Book by the U.S. Air Force in 1952. In the final chapter of the Blue Book: 1947 series by James Tynion IV and Michael Avon Oeming, we see the causes of this national fervor and the beginnings of the grip on pop culture that have lasted for almost a century.
Also including a True Weird backup story by Josh Trujillo Jack T. Cole, and Aditya Bidikar!
Plot
This comic includes two stories, the first in the main and long story that is open for several installments and the second is a short story with a single installment:

The objective of the Blue Book project was to achieve a logical explanation for the sightings of strange objects, this project coined the acronym UFO (UNKNOWN FLYING OBJECT). But his prestige deteriorated over the years after never providing sufficiently compelling explanations.
Blue Book is closed after man lands on the moon.
The art uses blue and black tone and color palette, which, aided by excellent body language, explains how events occur, providing a veil of mystery and suspense.
