Trama

Kitty trata de vivir una vida normal lejos de los X-men, la caída de Krakoa la tiene deprimida y decepcionada de la humanidad y de los mutantes, ella trabaja como barman y está enfocada en no pensar en nada más.

La tensión entre mutantes y humanos está en niveles de alta intolerancia, en especial cuando Cyclops y sus X-men intentan solucionar crisis de mutantes con frecuencia en público.

Pero Kitty no puede escapar de su pasado, ella es testigo de cómo casi es asesinada una adolescente mutante por solo querer entrar al concierto que ella pagó su entrada. Esta mutante que puede transformar su piel en metal se llama Trista y Kitty la salva.

De casualidad Emma Frost contacta a Kitty, porque tiene en mente una misteriosa misión para ella.

Este cómic destaca la crisis social que está atravesando los mutantes desde la perspectiva de Kitty, quien es una X-men con mucha experiencia pero que su voluntad ha sido quebrada por la caída de Krakoa, destaca cómo la oscuridad de la desesperanza es iluminada por una joven mutante.

Emocionante nueva serie llenada de acción y poder femenino.

Arte

Es detallado y muy iluminado, que logra un gran dinamismo y resalta con frescura la fortaleza femenina de Kitty y Trista, excelentes diseños y paleta de colores.

What does it come from?

KATE PRYDE LEADS A TEAM OF ALL-NEW X-MEN! After the fall of Krakoa, Kate Pryde is trying to get as far away from all things X as she possibly can. She's just a regular-degular bartender now. Definitely NOT getting ready to head up an ALL-NEW TEAM of wayward young mutants while avoiding the watchful gaze of Emma Frost. Nothing in this title but work, dating and staving off depression. That's it. No never-before-seen EXCEPTIONAL X-MEN to see here!

Plot

Kitty tries to live a normal life away from the X-Men, the fall of Krakoa has her depressed and disappointed in humanity and mutants, she works as a bartender and is focused on not thinking about anything else.

The tension between mutants and humans is at high levels of intolerance, especially when Cyclops and his X-Men try to solve mutant crises frequently in public.

But Kitty can't escape her past, she witnesses how a teenage mutant is almost killed for just wanting to get into the concert she paid for. This mutant who can transform her skin into metal is called Trista and Kitty saves her.

By chance Emma Frost contacts Kitty, because she has a mysterious mission in mind for her.

This comic highlights the social crisis that mutants are going through from the perspective of Kitty, who is an X-Men with a lot of experience but whose will has been broken by the fall of Krakoa, highlights how the darkness of hopelessness is illuminated by a young mutant.

Exciting new series filled with action and girl power.

It is detailed and very bright, achieving great dynamism and freshly highlighting the feminine strength of Kitty and Trista, excellent designs and color palette.
