¿De Que viene?
Geralt se ha empobrecido desde que las amenazas de monstruos desaparecieron. Los tiempos siempre han sido difíciles para Witchers, pero sin un trabajo continuo, su situación ha empeorado. Mientras Geralt explora nuevas posibilidades, recibe una solicitud del alcalde de Towitz, una pequeña ciudad donde los niños están siendo secuestrados por Foglets.
En The Witcher Fading Memories #1 Geralt lleva tiempo desempleado y considerando retirarse ya que si no hay monstruos, no tiene trabajo, hasta que lo llama la alcaldesa de Badreine, porque Foglets están atacando niños, algo que no es común para estos seres.
¿Qué sucede?
Witcher es escoltado por un tartamudo hasta Badreine, se entrevista de nuevo con la alcaldesa que le explica que los Foglets asesinaron a un niño, Witcher solicita que lo dejen hablar con la madre para verificar si hay magia relacionada con esto, pero se lo prohiben porque el Mage del pueblo afirmo que no.
De igual manera Geralt averigua con la madre y descubre que los foglets le gritaron a su hijo "malvado" antes de degollarlo, esto ya lo había visto Witcher.
A la par con esta historia muestran una alterna donde un hijo que es maltratado por su madre, que lo obligaba a cazar y si no lo hacia los Foglets se lo iban a llevar por malvado.
La alcaldesa tiene una conspiración que involucra al Mage, que al parecer no puede ser visitado por su estado de salud y esta aislado en una torre protegida por magia.
Arte y Trama
El misterio y terror rodea esta historia donde Witcher se enfrenta a algo conocido, sin embargo hay intereses políticos que no lo dejan hacer su trabajo, la historia es aditiva y el arte asombroso que te transporta a ese mundo y te imaginas una temporada en Netflix adaptada a este cómic.

What does it come from?
Geralt has become impoverished and dejected since monster threats have seemingly vanished. Times have always been hard for Witchers--but without continual work, his situation has worsened. As Geralt explores new possibilities for his life path, he receives a request from the Mayor of Towitz, a small town where children are being kidnapped by Foglets . . . but something feels off about this new threat.
In The Witcher Fading Memories # 1 Geralt has been unemployed for a long time and considering retiring since if there are no monsters, he does not have a job, until the mayor of Badreine calls him, because Foglets are attacking children, something that is not common for these beings.
What's going on?
Witcher is escorted to Badreine, he meets again with the mayor who explains that the Foglets murdered a child, Witcher requests that they let him talk to the mother to check if there is magic related to this, but they forbid it because the Mage of the town affirmed that it isn't.
In the same way Geralt inquires with the mother and discovers that the foglets yelled at her son "nauthy" before they kill him, this had already been seen by the Witcher.
Along with this story, they show an alternative where a son who is mistreated by his mother, who forced him to hunt and if he did not do so, the Foglets would take him for being nauthy.
The mayor has a conspiracy involving the Mage, who apparently cannot be visited due to hishealth and is isolated in a tower protected by magic.
Art and Plot
The mystery and terror surrounds this story where Witcher faces something known, however there are political interests that do not let him do his job, the story is additive and the art is amazing that transports you to that world and you can imagine a season of Netflix adapted to this comic.
Summary
Geralt is facing a dangerous political conspiracy!
