This issue shows us how that being in a bad place at a bad time is extremely dangerous, but if you are with Patience Lee you have nothing to worry about.
Kick-Ass ran into Violencia, a much more skillful and lethal opponent than she had faced so far, but in extreme situations her combat and strategy skills are going to emerge with greater intensity and efficiency, because not only her life is in danger, there is also the possibility that his identity is revealed by the presence of a close relative to his family.
In this comic Patience is confronted for the first time with the negative consequences of being Kick-Ass, finally she understands what she is putting at risk and to whom she can affect with her decisions.
Half of this comic is a spectacular sequence of action without rest, Romita illustrates with an addictive level of detail that makes you feel all the emotions almost as if you were inside the comic.
Millar continues to show us more facets of Lee's personality, how her decision-making mechanism works, at the same time highlighting his vulnerabilities, making us feel even more identified with the protagonist.
