¿Y SI… CARTER BURKE HABIERA VIVIDO? Durante años, los fanáticos de los legendarios Aliens de James Cameron se preguntaron si Carter Burke, un hombre de la compañía más odioso que los propios Xenomorfos, realmente había sobrevivido a los traumáticos eventos en la colonia de terraformación Hadley's Hope. Ahora, el actor detrás del querido villano, Paul Reiser, se une a su hijo Leon y al equipo repleto de estrellas de escritores y productores Adam F. Goldberg, Brian Volk-Weiss y Hans Rodionoff en un viaje de regreso a Hadley's Hope y el retorcido escape de un hombre que debería haber muerto.
Trama
Este cómic narra como Carter Burke logró escapar de la masacre en el LV-426 y se monta en la nave donde Ripley y la niña estaban en estado criogénico, en esta nave de escape Bukre habla con Mr Yutani, quien le ordena que elimine a Ripley para que no quede testigos de las 158 muertes en el plante Hadley's Hope, ya que como Burke no logró conseguir un huevo de Xenomorfo, su misión fracasó.
Burke lanza a Ripley al plantea Fiorina Fury 161 y así se gana un contrato de por vida con Weyland-Yutani, pero luego de 35 años lo usaron como chivo expiatorio de todo lo que ocurrió y su reputacion esta por el suelo, su hija no lo quiere ver y vive en un asteroide, pero todo está por cambiar cuando consigue un huevo de Xenomorfo.
Emocionante nueva serie con un giro macabro y brillante que usa parte de la historia del clásico de ciencia ficción Aliens y la nutre con esta genial historia alterna.
Arte
Captura con éxito las expresiones faciales así como el lenguaje corporal de los actores de la película, brindando un arte casi hiperreal en muchos paneles, por lo que capta y adaptó con éxito este famoso clásico del terror y ciencia ficción.
Resumen
Carter Burke logra salirse con la suya y escapa de Hadley's Hope sin un xenomorfo, pero no se va a rendir y lograr su misión y convertirse en alguien poderosos en Weyland-Yutani

WHAT IF…CARTER BURKE HAD LIVED? For years, fans of James Cameron's legendary Aliens questioned whether Carter Burke, a company man more hateable than the Xenos themselves, had actually survived the traumatic events on the terraforming colony Hadley's Hope. Now the actor behind the beloved villain, Paul Reiser, joins his son Leon and the star-studded team of writers and producers Adam F. Goldberg, Brian Volk-Weiss and Hans Rodionoff for a journey back to Hadley's Hope and the twisted escape of a man who should have died.
Plot
This comic tells how Carter Burke managed to escape the massacre on LV-426 and board the ship where Ripley and the girl were in a cryogenic state. In this escape ship, Bukre talks to Mr. Yutani, who orders him to eliminate Ripley. so that there are no witnesses to the 158 deaths at the Hadley's Hope plant, since as Burke failed to obtain a Xenomorph egg, his mission failed.
Burke throws Ripley into the Fiorina Fury 161 pose and thus earns a life contract with Weyland-Yutani, but after 35 years they used him as a scapegoat for everything that happened and his reputation is in tatters, his daughter does not. He wants to see and lives in an asteroid, but everything is about to change when he gets a Xenomorph egg.
Exciting new series with a brilliant, macabre twist that takes part of the story from the sci-fi classic Aliens and nourishes it with this cool alternate history.
Art
It successfully captures the facial expressions as well as the body language of the film's actors, providing almost hyperreal art in many panels, thus successfully capturing and adapting this famous horror and science fiction classic.
Summary
Carter Burke manages to get his way and escape from Hadley's Hope without a xenomorph, but he is not going to give up and achieve his mission and become someone powerful in Weyland-Yutani
