Este cómic comienza con Sheena en la jungla del Amazonas llamada Zona Prohibida, donde descubre que los frutos de los árboles están podridos, sigue las consecuencias del primer volumen cuando el Abyss se cerro y dejó algo pendiente.

Sheena se aventura en la jungla con Lirio a averiguar lo que sucede con ese hongo que está dañando lo frutos, es cuando e encuentra con Huntress, quien le revela que es su abuela y le describe su pasado, el cual Sheena no recuerda.
Por otro lado la Corporación Cadwell está investigando un templo que contiene un poder ilimitado, un portal para que los seres monstruosos Mapinguari (los vengadores de la selva) ataquen a todos.
La única manera de herir y detener a los Mapinguari es usando uno de sus dientes como arma.
