Dejah Thoris es la princesa de la ciudad estado marciana / imperio de Helium en la serie de novelas marcianas de Edgar Rice Burroughs (Tarzan).
¿De qué viene?
En Dejah Thoris #7 Dejah Thoris llega a Arizona EE.UU en el año 1945 y se encuentra con una base militar donde es arrestada por el Mayor Harington quien la empieza a interrogar.
Dejah empieza a desarrollar fatiga ya que en la Tierra la gravedad es mayor así como la atmósfera es más densa, por eso John Cárter al llegar a Marte desarrolló esos súper poderes.
Llana, la cabeza de Morokh y el soldado Jefersson Clyde la rescatan y se dirigen a Nueva York a entrevistarse con alguien que les puede ayudar a detener esta conspiración.
¿Qué sucede?
Dejah y Morokh entran en una sala de cine en Pennsylvania para mantener un perfil bajo mientras Llana y Jefersson roban otro automóvil para seguir su viaje, sin embargo son perseguidos por agentes del FBI que los alcanzan.
Jefersson, Dejah Thoris y Morokh luchan con los agentes y al instante aparece un contingente del ejército y Llana demuestra lo poderosa que es. La entrada de Llana es épica, magnífica secuencia.
Se logran zafar por muy poco y finalmente llegan a Nueva York a entrevistarse con Edgar Rice Burroughs (hermoso cameo) quien podría tener las respuestas a las preguntas de Dejah Thoris.
Arte y Trama
Este nuevo arco argumental está lleno de misterio, acción y referencias históricas, sin duda es una historia que rompe con los elementos comunes de los cómics de Dejah Thoris.

Dejah Thoris is the princess of the empire-martian city-state / Helium in the Edgar Rice Burroughs (Tarzan) series of Martian novels.
What does it come from?
In Dejah Thoris # 7 Dejah Thoris arrives in Arizona USA in 1945 and finds a military base where she is arrested by Major Harington who begins to interrogate her.
Dejah begins to develop fatigue since on Earth gravity is greater as well as the atmosphere is denser, that is why John Carter when he arrived on Mars developed those super powers.
Llana, Morokh's head and Private Jefersson Clyde rescue her and head to New York to meet with someone who can help them stop this conspiracy.
What's going on?
Dejah and Morokh enter a movie theater in Pennsylvania to keep a low profile while Llana and Jefersson steal another car to continue their journey, however they are chased by FBI agents who catch up with them.
Jefersson, Dejah Thoris and Morokh fight with the agents and instantly a contingent of the army appears and Llana shows how powerful she is. The entrance of Llana is epic, magnificent sequence.
They narrowly manage to get away and finally arrive in New York to interview Edgar Rice Burroughs (great cameo) who might have the answers to Dejah Thoris' questions.
Art and Plot
This new story arc is full of mystery, action and historical references, without a doubt it is a story that breaks with the common elements of the Dejah Thoris comics.
Summary
Abnett and Piriz manage to amaze and increase the mystery in this second chapter of this new story arc.
