PERE PÈREZ ACTUALIZA UN CLÁSICO EN SPIDER-WOMAN # 11

 

Ayer, Marvel Comics anunció el regreso de uno de los disfraces más queridos en los cómics: el diseño original de Marie Severin para Spider-Woman de su primera aparición en Marvel Spotlight # 32 de 1977. A lo largo de los años, este traje de Spider-Woman se ha reinventado, y ahora el artista actual de SPIDER-WOMAN, Pere Pérez, presenta su propia versión única de este diseño atemporal. Visto en su nueva portada variante del número 11 de SPIDER-WOMAN. Al incorporar un toque moderno al traje clásico, el diseño de Pérez es un look perfecto para la redefinición de la nueva era del héroe.

 

Elogiado por ofrecer tanto las secuencias de lucha llenas de acción como el drama familiar caótico que los fanáticos de Jessica Drew anhelan, Pérez recientemente firmó como artista exclusivo con Marvel Comics. Esto es lo que tuvo que decir sobre trabajar con Karla Pacheco y dar vida a las aventuras actuales de Spider-Woman:

 

"Estoy muy feliz por mi exclusiva con Marvel. Desde que comencé a trabajar aquí, no he tenido más que diversión, buenas experiencias de trabajo y la oportunidad de trabajar con algunos de mis personajes favoritos. Trabajar con este equipo de editores y creadores trabajando en Spider-Woman es probablemente la mejor experiencia laboral en mi carrera. Los editores no solo nos brindan una gran cantidad de libertad creativa, sino que también nos alientan a impulsar las cosas. No puedo decir nada más que cosas buenas sobre los inmensamente talentosos Karla Pacheco y Frankie D'Armata, solo diré que tengo mucha suerte de formar parte de este equipo.

 

“Una cosa que he querido hacer desde hace algún tiempo ha sido agregar mi toque personal a un personaje de Marvel, lo cual he podido hacer ahora con esta actualización clásica de vestuario de Spider-Woman. The Marvel Comics exclusive artist talks about his work on Jessica Drew’s new era

 

New York, NY— January 14, 2021 — Yesterday, Marvel Comics announced the return of one of the most beloved costumes in comics: Marie Severin’s original design for Spider-Woman from her first appearance in 1977’s Marvel Spotlight #32. Over the years, Spider-Woman’s iconic digs have been reimagined, and now current SPIDER-WOMAN artist Pere Pérez presents his own unique take on this timeless design. Seen on his new variant cover for SPIDER-WOMAN’s #11, Jessica Drew has never looked better. Incorporating a modern twist on the classic suit, Pérez’s design is a perfect look for the hero’s redefining new era.

 

Praised for delivering both the action-packed fight sequences and the chaotic family drama that Jessica Drew fans crave, Pérez recently signed on as an exclusive artist with Marvel Comics. Here’s what he had to say about working with Karla Pacheco and bringing Spider-Woman’s current adventures to life:

 

"I’m very happy about my exclusive with Marvel. Since I began working here I've had nothing but fun, good working experiences, and the chance to work with some of my favorite characters. Working with this team of editors and creators working on Spider-Woman is probably the best working experience in my career. The editors are not only giving us a huge amount of creative freedom, but also encouraging us to push things further.
