En The Rise of Ultraman #4 Shin descubre que Yamamoto renuncia a la USP porque no le hicieron caso sobre el Kaiju Vault y siguieron enviando Kaiju a esa dimensión que se esta desmoronando y entonces llegara a la tierra una avalancha, esto es lo que Ultraman le advirtió a Shin. A ese lugar Yamamoto envió a Kiki. La USP no sabe que hacer pero si los Kaiju están mucho tiempo en nuestro mundo se cargan de la energía negativa del miedo de la gente por eso lo envían rápidamente al Limbo.
Shin rescata a Kiki y se trae algo a este mundo...el kaiju BEMULAR!
Capítulo Final.
¿Qué sucede?
Este cómic comienza con la batalla entre Ultraman y Bemular, este Kaiju es gigante, por lo que Shin y Ultraman despliegan el poder completo y ahora vemos a Ultraman de tamaño gigante luchando contra este peligroso monstruo. Esta secuencia recrea un episodio de la serie original.
Con escenas de gran escala y ataques clásicos, Ultraman vence a Bemular, este cómic de manera fresca y nostálgica al mismo tiempo ofrece alucinantes escenas de Kaiju que va a encantar a fanáticos fieles como a nuevas generaciones.
En este cómic la fusión entre Shin y Ultraman mejora, son casi uno.
La historia cierra con Shin convenciendo a la USP que el Kaiju Vault está a punto de colapsar, que es mucho mas sencillo, abrirlo de manera controlada e ir eliminando poco a poco estas amenazas, es una bomba de tiempo. Deben aprovechar la limitada presencia de Ultraman para acabar con esta amenaza. Pero esta historia va a continuar en la próxima miniserie THE TRIALS OF ULTRAMAN, con el mismo equipo creativo.

Ultraman has been a pop culture icon for over 50 years and now Marvel Comics will proudly contribute to the franchise’s incredible legacy with RISE OF ULTRAMAN #1! Writers Kyle Higgins (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Winter Soldier) and Mat Groom (Self/Made) will join superstar artist Francesco Manna (Avengers, Fantastic Four) to reimagine the thrilling beginnings of the Ultraman phenomenon with this amazing collaboration between Marvel and Tsuburaya Productions
Where does it come from?
In The Rise of Ultraman # 3 Shin arrives at the house accompanied by the director Ureo Ichinotami of the United Scientific Patrol USP, interviews him where Kiki was with the ex-scientist Doctor Yamamoto, Shin uses the Beta Capsule to activate his Ultraman powers and stop the Kaiju, but at that moment Yamamoto shoots at Kiki with the K-Ray weapon.
In The Rise of Ultraman # 4 Shin discovers that Yamamoto resigns from the USP because they ignored him about the Kaiju Vault and continued to send Kaiju to that dimension that is crumbling and then an avalanche will come to earth, this is what Ultraman warned Shin. To that place Yamamoto sent Kiki. The USP does not know what to do but if the Kaiju are in our world for a long time, they are charged with the negative energy of people's fear that is why they quickly send it to Limbo/Kaiju Vault.
Shin rescues Kiki and brings something to this world ... the kaiju BEMULAR!
Final chapter.
What's going on?
This comic begins with the battle between Ultraman and Bemular, this Kaiju is giant, so Shin and Ultraman deploy full power and now we see a giant-sized Ultraman fighting this dangerous monster. This sequence recreates an episode from the original series.
With large-scale scenes and classic attacks, Ultraman defeats Bemular, this comic in a fresh and nostalgic way at the same time offers mind-blowing Kaiju scenes that will delight loyal fans as well as new generations.
In this comic the fusion between Shin and Ultraman improves, they are almost one.
The story closes with Shin convincing the USP that the Kaiju Vault is about to collapse, which is much simpler, open it in a controlled manner and gradually eliminate these threats, it is a time bomb. They must take advantage of Ultraman's limited presence to end this threat. But this story will continue in the next miniseries THE TRIALS OF ULTRAMAN, with the same creative team.
On the last page a character is going to return that will change everything.
Art and Plot
With an epic and shocking ending, this first miniseries of this important pop culture icon closes. This installment has amazing art.
Summary
The United Scientific Patrol USP is going to face their greatest challenge in their entire existence, the only difference in that they have Ultraman on their side
