¿De Que viene?
El autor número uno del New York Times, Neil Gaiman, y la leyenda de los cómics ganador del premio Eisner, P. Craig Russell, dan nueva vida a las antiguas historias nórdicas al llevar a los lectores a través de la creación de los Nueve Mundos al origen épico y las aventuras de Thor, Odin y Loki hasta el final de la vida: Ragnarok.
Odín viaja a los confines del mundo para encontrar la causa de las pesadillas de su hijo Balder, solo para enterarse de la muerte inminente de su hijo y la muerte inminente de los dioses.
TRAMA
Balder es el más hermoso de todos los reinos, querido y apreciado por todos. Thor juega a demostrar la invulnerabilidad que tiene ante cualquier ataque con cualquier arma, nada le hace nada.
Pero Loki engaña a Hod, el hermano ciego de Balder y le da un dardo, Hod lo lanza sin saber lo que hace y lo mata, esto causa desgracia en el reino, Nanna la esposa de Balder implora que alguien lo rescate de Hel, Hermod se ofrece y Hela le dice que debe hablar con todas los dioses, plantas, piedras, gigantes, enanos y si todos lo lloran devolverá su cuerpo, de lo contrario se lo queda.
Loki se hace pasar por una gigante y dice que Balder se quede en Hel, Thor lo descubre y lo va a buscar para castigarlo, para la próxima entrega conoceremos el final de Loki.
ARTE
Collen Doran atrapa la esencia mágica y glamurosa de este universo de dioses, con detalles, donde ilustra a los dioses como ángeles, los enanos con defectos y los seres infernales como monstruos. Los colores tienen tonos pasteles hermosos.

PLOT
Balder is the most beautiful of all kingdoms, loved and appreciated by all. Thor plays to demonstrate the invulnerability that he has against any attack with any weapon, nothing does anything to him.
But Loki tricks Hod, Balder's blind brother and gives him a dart, Hod throws it without knowing what he is doing and kills him, this causes misfortune in the kingdom, Balder's wife Nanna begs someone to rescue him from Hel, Hermod He offers himself and Hela tells him that he must talk to all the gods, plants, stones, giants, dwarfs and if everyone cries for him he will return his body, otherwise he keeps it.
Loki pretends to be a giant and says that Balder stays in Hel, Thor discovers him and goes to look for him to punish him, for the next installment we will know the end of Loki.
ART
Collen Doran captures the magical and glamorous essence of this universe of gods, with details, where she illustrates the gods as angels, the dwarfs with flaws and the infernal beings as monsters. The colors have beautiful pastel tones.
