Elvira, la presentadora nocturna de filmes de terror las décadas de 1980 y 1990 encarnada Cassandra Peterson, regresa con aventuras en su formato de cómic. Elvira es una mujer voluptuosa y divertida que ama el género del terror y el look gótico, su película Elvira Mistress of the Dark del año 1988 es de culto. Su principal característica es su agudo sentido del humor/auto-consciente y que frecuentemente rompe la cuarta pared. En este cómic resaltan todas estas cualidades.

Trama

Elvira luego de resolver el caso con Vincent Price es enviada a un universo de bolsillo donde revive la película Psicosis de Alfred Hitchcock, su plan es buscar el control remoto de "Norbert" y escapar.

Este comic es hilarante y autoconsciente, donde Elvira rompe la cuarta pared en cada pagina con chistes inteligentes y agudos. Hasta se burla de que no hay colorista.

Arte

Posee un nivel de detalle impresionante cuando copia con exactitud secuencias y lugares de la película a la que hacen referencia.

Resumen

Elvira pone a prueba sus conocimientos de películas de terror  para poder salvarse ya que las está viviendo en carne propia.

Excelente punto de partida de una serie inteligente llena de cultura pop

Elvira is a voluptuous and funny woman who loves the horror genre and the gothic look, her film Elvira Mistress of the Dark of the year 1988 is of cult movie. Its main characteristic it's her acute sense of humor / self-conscious and that frequently breaks the fourth wall. This comic highlight all these qualities.

Plot

Elvira after solving the case with Vincent Price is sent to a pocket universe where she relives Alfred Hitchcock's movie Psycho, her plan is to look for "Norbert's" remote control and escape from it.

This comic is hilarious and self-aware, where Elvira breaks the fourth wall on every page with clever and sharp jokes. She even teases that there is no colorist.

Art

It has an impressive level of detail as she accurately copies sequences and locations from the movie they reference.

Resume

Elvira tests her knowledge of horror movies to be able to save herself from her since she is living them in her own flesh.

Excellent start of a brilliant and full of pop culture adventure
