Trama
El plan Nemesis sigue en marcha con una cadena acciones descabelladas, audaces e increíblemente crueles, poco a poco va desmantelando la instituciones, comenzando con la policía, quitándole así el prestigio y control de la ciudad de las manos de su condecorado alcalde Joe Costello, que se ha visto constantemente humillado.
Este cómic es alucinante, cada acción de Nemesis es solo superada por la reacción de la misma, su capacidad de crear caos es devastadora, su objetivo es desmoralizar a la población, que todos pierdan la esperanza.
La historia de origen de Nemesis sigue siendo narrada cuando solo era un niño por el nombre de Matthew Anderson, esta venganza se lleva gestando hace 20 años, donde cada pieza encaja en un motor perfectamente lubricado. Matthew no perdona a la policía y sociedad que arrestó y ejecutó a sus padres, que eran todo para él, sin importar que ambos eran asesinos en serie.
La secuencia final que involucra a la Guardia Nacional es BRILLANTE, INTENSA Y MAGNIFICAMENTE bien narrada.
Millar está en control de un tren a toda velocidad que se dirige a la estación Cómic de Culto Instantáneo.
Arte
Lo que Jorge logra en este capítulo es posiblemente su mejor arte hasta la fecha, lleno de dinamismo, acción, expresiones faciales intensas y transmite tanto con solo la ilustración de los ojos de los personajes.
Resumen
Nemesis sigue su plan anárquico y cruel, donde nadie está a salvo y cada paso que da está perfectamente medido.
Esca acabando con la esperanza en una ciudad abrumada por la violencia y un alcalde que es constantemente humillado por sus fracasos.

Plot
The Nemesis plan continues with a chain of insane, audacious and incredibly cruel actions, little by little dismantling the institutions, starting with the police, thus taking away the prestige and control of the city from the hands of its decorated mayor Joe Costello, who he has been constantly humiliated.
This comic is amazing, each action of Nemesis is only surpassed by its reaction, its ability to create chaos is devastating, its goal is to demoralize the population, that everyone loses hope.
The Nemesis origin story is still told when he was just a child by the name of Matthew Anderson, this revenge has been brewing for 20 years, where each piece fits into a perfectly lubricated engine. Matthew does not forgive the police and society that arrested and executed his parents, who were everything to him, regardless of the fact that they were both serial killers.
The final sequence involving the National Guard is BRILLIANT, INTENSE, and SUPERBLY well told.
Millar is in control of a speeding train headed for the Instant Cult Comic Station.
Art
What Jorge achieves in this chapter is possibly his best art to date, full of dynamism, action, intense facial expressions, and conveys so much just by illustrating the characters' eyes.
Summary
Nemesis follows her anarchic and cruel plan, where no one is safe and every step she takes is perfectly measured.
Esca ending hope in a city overwhelmed by violence and a mayor who is constantly humiliated by his failures.
