¿De qué viene?
Cordelia y Francis están atrapados en una dimensión mágica mil millones de realidades de la Tierra, donde descubren el verdadero origen del querido tío Edgar. Mientras tanto, los magos renegados reinan supremamente mientras causan estragos en la Tierra.
Trama
Cordelia y Francis son atrapados en Kolthur, esta extraña dimensión a la que fueron enviados por Sammy Liu como último recurso para salvarlos de Madame Albany.
Este cómic narra el origen del Tio Edgar, todo comienza cuando Edgar es brutalmente obligado por sus padres a convertirse en escritor, no se imaginan lo que hicieron para lograrlo.
Edgar no tuvo mas remedio que seguir ese camino, que luego se convirtio en una tortura, aqui Millar establece que todas las creaciones literarias en realidad son una realidad alterna que existe pero que solo se conecta con nuestra realidad a traves del escritor. Este concepto es brillante y lo desarrolla con mucha lógica y lo vincula directamente con la magia.
Edgar es tentado a traer su realidad de Kolthur por una figura misteriosa...
El cómic muestra el ascenso, caída y redención obligada mediante un hechizo de Edgar.
Pero no solo se conoce el origen de Kolthur, también se sabe que The Magic Order hizo una tregua con el ataque de realidades orquestado por el Wizard King en que se convirtió Edgar, Leonard dio a su hijo Perditus a Kolthur como símbolo de paz...el hermano perdido de Cordelia...a quien están a punto de conocer.
Esta entrega tiene una subtrama adictiva que te atrapa desde la primera página.
Arte
Dike Ruan logra secuencias llenas de fantasía, terror y magia, con muchas texturas y detalles geniales que toma leves inspiraciones del manga pero las adapta al los comics.
Resumen
El origen de Edgar es una subtrama alucinante, así como lo es Kolthur. Magnífico capítulo que expande este ya fértil universo.

Where does it comes from?
Cordelia and Francis are trapped in a magical dimension a billion realities from Earth, where they learn the true origin of dear old Uncle Edgar. Meanwhile, renegade wizards reign supreme as they raise havoc back on Earth.
Plot
Cordelia and Francis are trapped in Kolthur, this strange dimension where they were sent by Sammy Liu as a last resort to save them from Madame Albany.
This comic narrates the origin of Uncle Edgar, it all begins when Edgar is brutally forced by his parents to become a writer, they can't imagine what they did to achieve it.
Edgar had no choice but to follow that path, which later became torture, here Millar establishes that all literary creations are actually an alternate reality that exists but is only connected to our reality through the writer. This concept is brilliant and he develops it very logically and ties it directly to magic.
Edgar is tempted to bring his reality from Kolthur by a mysterious figure...
The comic depicts Edgar's rise, fall, and spell-forced redemption.
But not only the origin of Kolthur is known, it is also known that The Magic Order made a truce with the attack of realities orchestrated by the Wizard King that Edgar became, Leonard gave his son Perditus to Kolthur as a symbol of peace. .Cordelia's long-lost brother...whom they are about to meet.
This installment has an addictive subplot that grabs you from the first page.
Art
Dike Ruan achieves sequences full of fantasy, horror and magic, with many great textures and details that take slight inspirations from the manga but adapt them to the comics.
Summary
Edgar's origin is an amazing subplot, as is Kolthur. Magnificent chapter that expands this already fertile universe.
