¿De qué viene?

La detective Amy Sun ha aprovechado una visión del pasado lejano, pero ¿contiene alguna pista sobre la verdadera naturaleza de The Ribbon Queen?

De alguna manera, la detective Amy Sun ha canalizado una visión del pasado lejano. Unos asaltantes bárbaros saquean una aldea y persiguen a dos mujeres por el desierto, sólo para encontrarse con el espíritu vengador de la Reina de la Cinta. ¿Es esto simplemente un sueño? ¿O este inquietante mensaje de todos los siglos pretende mostrarle a Amy el poder del ser que ha estado cazando?

Trama 

Amy sueña con la historia de Orla y Ciara, quienes vivieron hace siglos bajo el yugo de un grupo de hombres que torturaban mujeres a cambio de comida. Ciara logra escapar de estos bárbaros y se mete en un bosque prohibido, que lo creen maldito. 

Este bosque está lleno de flora llena de espinas y Ciara pierde casi toda su piel y el odio hace que se desarrolle el poder de quitarle a las personas la piel con forma de cintas.

Este cómic se centra en narrar el origen de The Ribbon Queen, sus motivos y modus operando, este ente va tomando cuerpos que han sufrido traumas en manos de hombres y va a vengarse de cuanto hombre se le cruce. Este capítulo sirve de apoyo.

Amy empieza a entender quién es The Ribbon Queen y cómo este espíritu vengador aparece justamente cuando torturan a una mujer.

Arte

Es  muy detallado lleno de brillo donde destacan cada mínimo detalle desde la ropa, pasando por los fondos y las expresiones faciales de dolor y terror. Hay una escena explícita gore con mucho detalle, en especial las entrañas.

Somehow, Detective Amy Sun has channeled a vision from the distant past. Barbarian raiders sack a village and chase two women into the wilderness, only to encounter the avenging spirit of the Ribbon Queen. Is this merely a dream? Or is this haunting message from across the centuries intended to show Amy the power of the being she's been hunting?  

Plot

Amy dreams of the story of Orla and Ciara, who lived centuries ago under the yoke of a group of men who tortured women in exchange for food. Ciara manages to escape from these barbarians and enters a forbidden forest, which they believe is cursed. This forest is full of flora full of thorns and Cuara loses almost all of his skin and hatred causes him to develop the power to remove people's skin in the form of ribbons. This comic focuses on narrating the origin of The Ribbon Queen, her motives and modus operandi. This entity takes bodies that have suffered trauma at the hands of men and is going to take revenge on every man that crosses her path. This chapter serves as support. Amy begins to understand who The Ribbon Queen is and how this avenging spirit appears precisely when a woman is being tortured.

Art

It is very detailed, full of brilliance, where every little detail stands out, from the clothes, to the backgrounds, to the facial expressions of pain and terror. There is an explicit gore scene with a lot of detail, especially the entrails.
