En este cómic continúa este segundo arco argumental con el equipo creativo, Steve Niles (30 days of Night) y Marcelo Frusin (Hellblazer) quienes nutren este universo de personajes con su visión.
¿De qué viene?
En el número 7 Patience Lee y su equipo de criminales son emboscados por Hector Santos, dejándolos acorralados y en desventaja, los maleantes de Santos se llevan a Benson secuestrado para que revele la identidad de Kick-Ass.
¿Qué sucede?
Patience Lee se logra zafar de esta terrible emboscada, como siempre, usando su intelecto y expertisia situaciones similares en una espectacular secuencia de acción de 5 páginas, las primeras de esta entrega.
Luego de la introducción tan impactante de este número, la historia se enfoca en los demonios que enfrentará Patience, cuando tenga que ver si su cuñado sobrevive o no a ser desconectado del soporte vital, recordemos que cuando Patience se enfrentó a Violencia en el volumen The New Girl , el incendio que ocasionó casi mata a Maurice.
Si Maurice sobrevive, su identidad se revelará pero si muere es una carga que llevará toda su vida.
Mientras Paticence lidia con todos estos problemas, sus enemigos se preparan para el próximo ataque ahora con más información de Kick-Ass en sus manos.

In the number 7 Patience Lee and his team of criminals are ambushed by Hector Santos, leaving them cornered and disadvantaged, the thugs of Santos take Benson kidnapped to reveal the identity of Kick-Ass.
What's going on?
Patience Lee manages to get out of this terrible ambush, as always, using her intellect and expertise in similar situations in a spectacular action sequence of 5 pages, the first of this issue.
After the shocking introduction of this comic, the story focuses on the demons that Patience will face, when she has to see if his brother-in-law survives or not to be disconnected from life support, remember that when Patience faced Violence in the volume The New Girl, the fire that she caused almost killed Maurice.
If Maurice survives, her identity will be revealed but if he dies it is a burden that she will take her whole life.
While Paticence deals with all these problems, her enemies prepare for the next attack now with more Kick-Ass information in their hands.
