Red Sonja es creada por Robert E. Howard de su universo de guerreros, ella proviene de Hyrkania, la llaman Sonja la roja no solo por su cabellera escarlata, es por toda la sangre que ha derramado su espada.
¿De qué viene?
En RedSonja #12, Sonja vence a Dragan el Magnífico en la Batalla del Puente.
Está nueva serie sirve de spinoff ya que narra el plan del hijo preadolescente de Dragan, Cyril, quien lleva consigo la promesa de asesinar a los traidores de su padre. Esto lo hace desde el autodestierro de Shadizar.
Cyril está reclutando aquellos servidores de su padre que están también en el destierro para asesinar a Red Sonja,se aventuraron al bosque y cumplir su venganza.
¿Qué sucede?
En este viaje por el bosque se consiguen con unos gigantes que se devoran a varios soldados, Cyril no toma decisiones acertadas, por los que pone en riesgo a todos.
Una misteriosa pareja que controla una bandada de pájaros (capaces de acabar con la vida de un guerrero en segundos) están tras la pista de Cyril y su valor en oro.
La historia baja el ritmo de intensidad, mostrando ahora los peligros que corre Cyril para desarrollar cierta empatía por este niño caprichoso, torpe e ignorante.
Resumen
Cyrill no está a la altura de su plan de venganza que quiere ejecutar.

Red Sonja is created by Robert E. Howard from his universe of warriors, she comes from Hyrkania, they call her Red Sonja not only for her scarlet hair, it's because all the blood that her sword has shed.
What does it come from?
In RedSonja # 12, Sonja defeats Dragan the Magnificent in the Battle of the Bridge.
This new series serves as a spinoff as it narrates the plan of Dragan's preadolescent son, Cyril, who carries with him the promise of murdering his father's traitors. This he does from the Shadizar self-exile.
Cyril is recruiting those servants of his father who are also in exile to assassinate Red Sonja, they ventured into the forest and carry out their revenge.
What's going on?
In this trip through the forest they are attacked by giants that devour several soldiers, Cyril does not make wise decisions, for which he puts everyone at risk.
A mysterious couple who control a flock of birds (capable of killing a warrior in seconds) are on the trail of Cyril and his value in gold.
The story slows down in intensity, now showing the dangers Cyril takes to develop a certain empathy for this capricious, awkward, and ignorant boy.
Summary
Cyrill does not live up to his revenge plan he wants to execute.
