Trama
Este cómic ocurre 10 años después de la liberación de Hyrkania, dónde Isolde asume el cargo de reina y Red Sonja se va a vivir nuevas aventuras (leer arco argumental anterior, Guerra de Dragan y Cyrill)
Isolde envejeció y tiene una salud precaria por lo que envía a sus dos lugartenientes más fieles, Tristine y Kentaro, a buscar a Red Sonja que la traigan a Hyrkania y verla por última vez.
Pero conseguir a Red Sonja es peligroso, primero por los lugares y gente que frecuenta y por todos los enemigos que deja por su estela de destrucción
Kentaro es atrapado y convertido en un gladiador de una arena del Sultán Kimuch y por casualidad Red Sonja asiste a este evento con el objetivo de robar la fortuna del Sultán
Tristine consigue a Red Sonja y le pide que ayude a Kentaro, que ambos son enviados de Isolde..Red Sonja se prepara para la batalla en la arena.
Está historia incluye, mucha acción, comedia y secuencias brillantes de pelea.
Al final incluye una historia corta Chainmail escrita e ilustrada por Wil Robson que narra como Red Sonja obtiene una armadura que tiene vida propia.

It has been generations since the end of Sonja The Red's travails. A Barren, reflecting on her life, will undertake a quest that will force the past to become undead. By LUKE LIEBERMAN (Red Sonja: Birth Of The She-Devil) and DREW MOSS (Vampirella/Red Sonja).
PLOT
This comic takes place 10 years after the liberation of Hyrkania, where Isolde assumes the position of queen and Red Sonja goes to live new adventures (read previous story arc, War of Dragan and Cyrill)
Isolde aged and in poor health so she sends her two most faithful lieutenants, Tristine and Kentaro, to find Red Sonja to be brought to Hyrkania and to see her one last time.
But getting Red Sonja is dangerous, first because of the places and people she frequents and because of all the enemies she leaves in her wake of destruction.
Kentaro is caught and turned into a gladiator in an arena of Sultan Kimuch and by chance Red Sonja attends this event with the aim of stealing the Sultan's fortune.
Tristine gets Red Sonja and asks him to help Kentaro, who are both sent from Isolde. Red Sonja prepares for battle in the arena.
This story is packed with action, comedy, and brilliant fight sequences.
At the end it includes a short story Chainmail written and illustrated by Wil Robson that tells how Red Sonja obtains an armor that has a life of its own.
