Trama

Plot
Peter Parker deals with the death of Harry Osborn, while he tries to return to his life, but suddenly Ben Reilly resurfaces wearing a new Spider-man uniform but with superior technology and supported by the Beyond Corporation.
Beyond has the trademark rights to Spider-man and with the help of a giant budget they want to turn Ben into the most efficient version of Spider-man, no matter what Peter thinks about it.
The detail is that in a battle with the U-Foes team, Peter is fatally wounded when the fight gets out of control. But the intentions and origin of the Beyond Corporation are still a mystery.
A new era begins for Spider-man, where Peter is forced to share his legacy.
