¿Y SI… CARTER BURKE SOBREVIVIO? Treinta y cinco años después del desastre de Hadleys Hope, el hombre de la empresa Carter Burke se lleva una existencia maldita en un asteroide apartado. Con su otrora prometedora carrera en el baño, el único propósito que le queda a Burke en la vida es cuidar de su hija, Brie. Ella lo odia, probablemente por ser una persona horrible. ¿Y cuando descubra qué está haciendo él ahora? No será una reunión amistosa. ¿Burke ha aprendido la lección o está a punto de que vuelvan a matar a todos sus compañeros?
Trama
Este capítulo muestra el verdadero plan de Carter Burke, luego de que su nombre fue usado para culpar sobre las muertes en el LV-426. Burke usa un replicante llamado CYGNUS para que busque un huevo de xenomorfo en la galaxia.
El plan de Burke no solo es limpiar su nombre y demostrarle a Weyland-Yutani que nunca debieron traicionarlo, es usar el xenomorfo para curar a su esposa que está en estado animación suspendida con una enfermedad incurable, ni su hija sabe de este plan.
Burke debe escoger a uno de sus empleados para ser el huésped del xenomorfo, esta secuencia es hilarante porque muestran como Burke entrevista a todos sin conseguir aquel que no tenga familia y nadie lo extrañe, hasta que aparte su nuevo jefe, Hiro Yu.
Esta nueva serie es emocionante y divertida, con diálogos brillantes que destacan la personalidad tóxica de Burke.
Arte
Captura con éxito las expresiones faciales así como el lenguaje corporal de los actores de la película, brindando un arte casi hiperreal en muchos paneles, por lo que capta y adaptó con éxito este famoso clásico del terror y ciencia ficción.
Resumen
Burke logra conseguir lo que Weyland-Yutani tanto añora, un xenomorfo. Brillante giro de una historia clásica.

WHAT IF…CARTER BURKE HAD LIVED? Thirty-five years after the disaster on Hadleys Hope, company man Carter Burke is eeking out a cursed existence on a backwater asteroid. With his once-promising career in the toilet, Burke's only remaining purpose in life is to care for his daughter, Brie. She hates him, probably for being a horrible person. And when she finds out what he's up to now? It's not going to be a friendly reunion. Has Burke learned his lesson, or is he about to get all of his companions killed again?
Plot
This chapter shows Carter Burke's true plan, after his name was used to blame the deaths on LV-426. Burke uses a replicant named CYGNUS to search the galaxy for a xenomorph egg.
Burke's plan is not only to clear his name and show Weyland-Yutani that they should never have betrayed him, it is to use the xenomorph to cure his wife who is in suspended animation with an incurable disease, not even his daughter knows about it. this plan.
Burke must choose one of his employees to be the host of the xenomorph, this sequence is hilarious because it shows how Burke interviews everyone without finding the one who has no family and no one misses him, until he removes his new boss, Hiro. Yu.
This new series is exciting and fun, with brilliant dialogue that highlights Burke's toxic personality.
Art
It successfully captures the facial expressions as well as the body language of the film's actors, providing almost hyperreal art in many panels, thus successfully capturing and adapting this famous horror and science fiction classic.
Summary
Burke manages to get what Weyland-Yutani longs for, a xenomorph. Brilliant twist on a classic story.
