Impreso en páginas con bordes dorados y encuadernado en tapa dura extragrande con estampado metalizado, «The Witcher: The Last Wish—Complete Collection» presenta una portada completamente nueva del artista Kai Carpenter y un prólogo del autor de fantasía Peter V.
