¿De qué viene?
¡Bienvenidos a Altered States... la realidad paralela de Dynamite Entertainment al estilo de Elseworlds de DC y What If de Marvel!
Nuestro primer título de Altered States comienza con Red Sonja, la Diablesa de Hyrkania, transportada a Barsoom —más conocido por los lectores de la Tierra como Marte— en el antiguo pasado del misterioso planeta rojo. Lo que sucede allí desencadena una serie de eventos que se extenderán por todo el planeta y atraerán a los legendarios héroes Vampirella, John Carter, Dejah Thoris y, directamente desde la Tierra, ¡al mismísimo Señor de la Selva!
El guionista David Avallone (Elvira, Savage Tales) se une a la estrella emergente Mariano Benitez-Chapo (Vampirella, Elvira, Savage Tales) y a los portadistas Joseph Michael Linsner, Mike Rooth y Chapo, además de una impresionante ilustración de cosplay de Jackie Goehner. ¡Y además: Mike Rooth y Chapo han creado una serie de portadas interconectadas para esta serie!

Red Sonja es transportada desde Hyrkania hasta Barsoom a través de un portal misterioso, donde es atrapada por el misterioso psíquico Shang Tapu, quien al intentar leerle la mente hace que ella vea la conspiración que está tramando.

Sonja descubre que sus músculos están acostumbrados a otra gravedad y cuando llega a Marte, su fuerza es sobrenatural.

Red Sonja habla con el Jeddak y emperador de Barsoom y le cuenta la conspiración, sin embargo es atacada por un encantamiento que la convierte en piedra.

Miles de años después de esta proeza de Red Sonja, llega John Carter.
Este emocionante crossover mezcla el universo de Dynamite con el de Edgar Rice Burroughs de una manera orgánica.

Es detallado donde ofrece un lenguaje corporal emocionante y poses heroicas geniales que resalta la potente sexualidad de Vampirella así como su actitud arrolladora.

Plot
Red Sonja is transported from Hyrkania to Barsoom through a mysterious portal, where she is captured by the enigmatic psychic Shang Tapu. Attempting to read her mind, he reveals to her the conspiracy he is plotting.
Sonja discovers that her muscles are accustomed to a different gravity, and upon arriving on Mars, her strength is superhuman.
Red Sonja speaks with the Jeddak, the emperor of Barsoom, and tells him of the conspiracy. However, she is struck by a spell that turns her to stone.
Thousands of years after Red Sonja's feat, John Carter arrives.
This exciting crossover seamlessly blends the Dynamite universe with that of Edgar Rice Burroughs.

The art is detailed, featuring captivating body language and striking heroic poses that highlight Vampirella's potent sexuality and commanding presence.
