Trama

Esta reinvención del regreso de Capitán América nos transporta al futuro distopico de 2099, donde las corporaciones ejercen un control absoluto de las libertades sociales y los héroes de este mundo descubren el cuerpo congelado de Capitán América.

Aquí veremos una nueva versión de uniforme de Cap y como un temible enemigo del pasado estuvo esperando su regreso, donde Steve Rogers sigue sobrellevando ser un hombre fuera del tiempo.

Interesante reimaginación pero tal vez necesito mas de una entrega para narrarlo con mas comodidad

Arte

Es una carta de amor a los cómics de la década de los 80 y 90 gracias a ese arte tan característico y lleno de texturas, que a la vez presenta un refrescamiento interesante.

Resumen

Steve Rogers lidia con un mundo aún más diferente donde las libertades fueron cercenadas con la tecnología, interesante reimaginación de regreso de Capitán América

Plot

This reimagining of Captain America's return transports us to the dystopian future of 2099, where corporations exert absolute control over social freedoms and the heroes of this world discover Captain America's frozen body.

Here we see a new version of Cap's uniform and how a fearsome enemy from the past has been waiting for his return, while Steve Rogers continues to cope with being a man out of time.

An interesting reimagining, but perhaps it needs more than one issue to tell the story more comfortably.

Art

It's a love letter to the comics of the '80s and '90s thanks to its distinctive and textured art style, which also presents an interesting refresh.

Summary

Steve Rogers deals with an even more different world where freedoms have been curtailed by technology. An interesting reimagining of Captain America's return.

Trama

Alexander Parsons es un científico brillante que descubre los misterios del universo y decide que los va a asentar en un libro llamado el OMEGA BOOK, pero alguien lo asesina por lo que descubrió. Tras el OMEGA BOOK está un científico misterioso y cruel con tecnología avanzada que le llaman "El Hombre Celoso" y una mujer  asesina que la llaman "La Mujer con .45".

El hijo de Alexander, es el Sacerdote Brady Parsons, quien recibe un misterioso maletín de su padre con unos dispositivos y unas instrucciones donde le pide que le ayude a desaparecer el Omega Book. Brady esta distanciado de su padre, debido a que Alexander nunca estuvo presente. Brady es un hombre de fe, mientras Alexander era un hombre de ciencia, sus visiones y creencias chocaron todos estos años.

Pero cuando Brady se pone unos lentes especiales Alexander le dejó, empezó a ver todos los misterios y elementos físicos del universo con detalle, que le está empezando a quebrantar sus creencias religiosas. Alexander le dice que la existencia del Omega Book ha aumentado las probabilidades de que se destruya el universo de 1:93 a 1:17.

Esta primera entrega desarrolla una historia brillante que mezcla misterio, acción y ciencia ficción dentro de un debate sobre la espiritualidad vs. la ciencia.

Parece pinturas al óleo en lienzo, que crea una atmósfera onírica que donde lo real se convierte en algo como salido de un sueño, que es magnífico y perfecto para el desarrollo de esta trama.

Plot

Alexander's son, Father Brady Parsons, receives a mysterious briefcase from his father containing devices and instructions asking him to help make the Omega Book disappear. Brady is estranged from his father because Alexander was never present in his life. Brady is a man of faith, while Alexander was a man of science; their visions and beliefs clashed all these years.

But when Brady puts on special glasses that Alexander leaves him, he begins to see all the mysteries and physical elements of the universe in detail, which is starting to shake his religious beliefs. Alexander tells him that the existence of the Omega Book has increased the probability of the universe's destruction from 1:93 to 1:17.

This first installment unfolds a brilliant story that blends mystery, action, and science fiction within a debate about spirituality versus science.

It resembles oil paintings on canvas, creating a dreamlike atmosphere where reality becomes something out of a dream, which is magnificent and perfect for the development of this plot.

Summary

Father Brady faces the death of his father, Alexander, who leaves him an inheritance full of danger and mysteries that will shake his beliefs.

Trama

Vampirella, Red Sonja y Dyna Mite fueron llevadas en contra d e su voluntad al Planeta Tierra 0001, en dond hay una ciudad llamada Red City donde conviven los humanos y seres sobrenaturales, el plan de Drácula era convertir a Red Sonja y Vampirella en sus novias, pero Vampirella lo vence, pero la maldición que las trajo a este lugar no se ha roto aún.

Luego de cinco años Dyna Mite descubre la razón porque la maldición no se ha roto, mientras Red Sonja descubre una manera de curar a los vampiros convertidos por Drácula, mientras Vampirella vive una vida de libertad secual y placeres a cabio de un poco de sangre.

Excelente entrega de un solo número que destaca la dinámica entre estas dos heroínas tan desigual pero que se complementan.

Es detallado donde ofrece un lenguaje corporal emocionante y la actitud heroica de Vampirella y Red Sonja destacando su sensualidad a través de su personalidad regia

Plot

Five years later, Dyna Mite discovers the reason why the curse hasn't been broken, while Red Sonja discovers a way to cure the vampires turned by Dracula. Meanwhile, Vampirella lives a life of sexual freedom and pleasure in exchange for a little blood.

This excellent one-shot highlights the dynamic between these two heroines, so unequal yet complementary.

is detailed, offering exciting body language and showcasing the heroic attitude of Vampirella and Red Sonja, highlighting their sensuality through their regal personalities.

¿De qué viene?

¡DOS MUNDOS COLISIONAN! Cuando un Yautja letal se estrella en el legendario Planeta de los Simios, ¡dos mundos chocarán por primera vez! Tras una misión de rescate fallida, la astronauta Arch se encuentra inmersa en una hostil sociedad de simios donde los humanos son subordinados. Pero los cazadores pronto se convierten en presas cuando los simios se ven acechados por los Depredadores. Una guerra a tres bandas está a punto de estallar entre humanos, simios y Yautja: ¿quién reinará supremo?

Trama

La Nasa y el Ejército de EE.UU envían una nave para averiguar el paradero de la misión del Coronel Taylor que misteriosamente desapareció, la piloto se llama Arch. 

Esta nave es interceptada por la nave de un Yautja que los derriba y ambos se estrellan en un planeta, donde los reciben los simios humanoides llamados Cornelius y Zira, que afirman ser amigos de Taylor (personaje de la película original interpretado por Charlton Heston.).

Pero el Yautja herido también asesina a los últimos soldados sobrevivientes por tener en su uniforme la bandera de EE.UU, la piloto Arch es  la única sobreviviente.

Por otro lado el General Ursus y el Doctor Zaius planean el exterminio de los humanos primitivos.

Arc está por ser atacada por soldados simios cuando el Depredador los elimina, al parecer no hay un patrón de cacería aún.

El General Ursus llega con su ejército y sorprende a Arch, Cornelius y Zira.

Excelente crossover entre estos dos universos, que impactaron a la cultura pop de diferentes maneras y ahora conviven en esta historia que comienza muy bien.

Arte

Es detallado donde ofrecen una visión de tecnología retro que captura los cómics de la década de 1980 donde ambas franquicias tuvieron diferentes sagas de comics, es magnífico con una paleta de colores que recuerda las versiones fílmicas de ambos universos.

Resumen

La mision de rescate del Coronel Taylor es brutalmente interrumpida por un Depredador que los lleva al Planeta de los Simios

Plot

NASA and the U.S. Army send a spacecraft to find Colonel Taylor's mission, which mysteriously disappeared. The pilot is named Arch.

This spacecraft is intercepted by a Yautja ship, which shoots them down, and both crash on a planet. There, they are greeted by humanoid apes named Cornelius and Zira, who claim to be friends of Taylor (the character from the original film, played by Charlton Heston).

But the wounded Yautja also kills the last surviving soldiers for wearing the U.S. flag on their uniforms. Pilot Arch is the only survivor.

Meanwhile, General Ursus and Dr. Zaius are planning the extermination of primitive humans.

Arc is about to be attacked by ape soldiers when the Predator eliminates them. Apparently, there is no hunting pattern yet.

General Ursus arrives with his army and surprises Arch, Cornelius, and Zira.

An excellent crossover between these two universes, which have impacted pop culture in different ways and now coexist in this story that starts off very well.
