¡MERCANCÍA DAÑADA! Frank Castle es una de las mentes tácticas más peligrosas del Universo Marvel, pero a pesar de todo su poderío militar, ¡sigue siendo solo un hombre! EN ESTE NÚMERO, uno de sus fracasos se arrastra pataleando, gritando y sangrando hasta la puerta de Frank para mirarlo fijamente a los ojos.
Trama
Frank y Micro rastrean la misteriosa bala, que se les devuelve y empieza a asesinar a todos los que están alrededor de la van de Frank, para demostrar que Collateral Damage los puede matar si lo quisiera.
Frank tiene a metros de su cara la bala y le dispara con su escopeta doble, eso hace que se doble y no pueda volar.
Collateral Damage se llamaba Ken Skilling, un científico brillante que quedó en el fuego cruzado de Punisher contra una banda de motorizados, un tiro le destruyó la espina dorsal a Ken, por lo que se quedo invadido pero por años creó la tecnología que le haría caminar y crear una bala que puede controlar con su mente.
Collateral Damage está por destruir la espalda de Frank cuando la detective que lleva detrás de la pista de Punisher por meses, ella lo salva y lo deja ir.
Este cómic cierra con Kingpin despertando del estado de coma en que estaba y su primera palabra fue "Frank".
Este cómic deja todo listo para el crossover BIG GUNS donde Deadpool y Punisher cruzan caminos.
Arte
Con muchas texturas que permiten destacar los detalles impresionantes de este illustrator, donde las expresiones faciales son casi reales. La paleta de colores trabaja en orden de destacar todas esas texturas. Es hipnotizante y magnífico.

What does it come from?
DAMAGED GOODS! Frank Castle's one of the most dangerous tactical minds in the Marvel Universe, but for all his firepower, he remains just a man! IN THIS ISSUE, one of his failures drags itself kicking, screaming and bleeding to Frank's door to look him dead in the eyes!
Plot
Frank and Micro track the mysterious bullet, which bounces back and begins killing everyone around Frank's van, proving that Collateral Damage could kill them if he wanted to.
Frank has the bullet just meters from his face and fires his double-barreled shotgun at it, causing it to double over and lose its ability to fly.
Collateral Damage's real name was Ken Skilling, a brilliant scientist caught in the crossfire between the Punisher and a biker gang. A bullet shattered Ken's spine, leaving him paralyzed, but he spent years developing the technology that would allow him to walk and create a bullet he could control with his mind.
Collateral Damage is about to destroy Frank's back when the detective who has been tracking the Punisher for months saves him and lets him go.
This comic ends with Kingpin waking from his coma, his first word being "Frank."
This comic sets the stage for the BIG GUNS crossover where Deadpool and the Punisher cross paths.
Art
With numerous textures that highlight the impressive details of this illustrator, the facial expressions are almost lifelike. The color palette works to accentuate all those textures. It's mesmerizing and magnificent.
Summary
The origin of COLLATERAL DAMAGE is revealed and is strongly linked to Punisher.
