What does it come from?
"BIG GUNS" PART 3 -- BULLSEYE! PUNISHER and DEADPOOL are hunting the same weapon as BLACK HOLE...but what good's a gun without the greatest marksman of all time to aim it? Sounds like a job for BULLSEYE!

Plot
The wild Deadpool/Punisher crossover BIG GUNS begins.

Deadpool tries to stop the Punisher, who has already secured the "Time Gun"—a weapon of unknown origin capable of killing anyone from any era of history. It had accidentally gone off once before, killing a saber-toothed tiger in the Stone Age; it holds ten rounds, and two have already been spent.

The "BadPools" attack the Punisher using the War Machine armor, allowing Deadpool to escape with Blind Al and the Time Gun. Deadpool wants to use the weapon to save his daughter, Ellie, but Al warns him of the potential consequences for the space-time continuum.

Black Hole—a being with the power to absorb objects and transport them to a kind of limbo—hires Bullseye to use the Time Gun for a precise shot.

Deadpool and Blind Al try to back out of handing the weapon over to Black Hole, but they are sucked in by his power and wind up at a reception desk—they have arrived at Black Hole's office.

The Punisher defeats the BadPools, dons the War Machine suit, and sets out to track down Deadpool.

This is an excellent penultimate chapter to the crossover; while Black Hole's plan remains unrevealed, this thrilling story concludes in Punisher #9.

Art
The art is incredibly detailed with a stunning, organic feel; it elevates the breakneck narrative to the max with brilliant dynamism. Through body language alone, it conveys Deadpool's intent without the need for facial expressions. Geoff Shaw outdoes himself with every new installment.

Summary
Deadpool and Blind Al make the mistake of handing the Time Gun over to the mysterious and wicked Black Hole; now, hopes rest on the Punisher
