¿De Que viene?
El autor número uno del New York Times, Neil Gaiman, y la leyenda de los cómics ganador del premio Eisner, P. Craig Russell, dan nueva vida a las antiguas historias nórdicas al llevar a los lectores a través de la creación de los Nueve Mundos al origen épico y las aventuras de Thor, Odin y Loki hasta el final de la vida: Ragnarok.
TRAMA
La historia explica la importancia de las manzanas de Idunn, fruta que otorga la inmortalidad y energía de juventud. Idunn es la esposa del dios de la poesía Bragi, ella se encarga de cosechar estas manzanas doradas que son la razón porque los dioses de Asgard existen.
Un dia Thor y Loki estaban en una mision de exploracion en la frontera de Jotunheim, en ese lugar intentan cocinar una carne que acaba de cazar pero el fuego no se aviva, una águila les ofrece quitar el hechizo y su comida empieza a cocinarse, pero es una trampa para secuestrar a Loki.
El águila es Thiazi y quiere que Loki le lleve a Idunn para que viva con su hija Skadi y así ser inmortal, Loki acepta la amenaza y usa sus habilidades para engañarla y se la lleva a Thiazi.
En Asgard todos los dioses están en crisis porque empiezan a envejecer y descubren lo que hizo Loki y lo obligan a que arregle todo, Loki rescata a Idunn y Thor acaba con Thiazi, pero su hija Skadi está lista para vengarse.
Esta historia tiene una narrativa elocuente, dinámica y con buenos momentos de comedia.
ARTE
Gabriel Hernández Walta ofrece esta textura y arte tan sutil y lleno de detalles que le brinda un espectacular ambiente de cuento de hadas que te transporta.

PLOT
The story explains the importance of the Idunn apples, a fruit that grants immortality and youthful energy. Idunn is the wife of the god of poetry Bragi, she is in charge of harvesting these golden apples that are the reason why the gods of Asgard exist.
One day Thor and Loki were on an exploration mission on the border of Jotunheim, in that place they try to cook a meat that they have just hunted but the fire does not fan, an eagle offers to remove the spell and their food begins to cook, but it's a trap to kidnap Loki.
The eagle is Thiazi and he wants Loki to take him to Idunn to live with her daughter Skadi and thus be immortal, Loki accepts the threat and uses his abilities to deceive Idunn and takes her to Thiazi.
In Asgard all the gods are in crisis because they begin to grow old and discover what Loki did and force him to fix everything, Loki rescues Idunn and Thor destroys Thiazi, but his daughter Skadi is ready to take revenge.
This story has an eloquent, dynamic narrative with good comedy moments.
