Trama
Ned Leeds le avisa a Peter que está investigando a Norman Osborn, quien se entrevistó con Roderick Kingsley, el antiguo Hobgoblin.
Peter no le ofrece ayuda porque prefiere investigar porque confía en Norman.
Osborn explica que en el pasado le había quitado el imperio a Kingsley y que quería resarcir su falta devolviendole lo que le había arrebatado en sus empresas.
Norman asiste a una cita con Kingsley en secreto..de repente aparece Hobgoblin acabando con todo.
Todo apunta a que Ned está detrás de la máscara de Hobgoblin, poniendo en peligro a Betty Brant y su hijo Winston.
Peter quiere retomar su complicada relación con Black Cat.
Intenso episodio lleno de revelaciones y momentos de máxima tensión.

What does it come from?
The Return of the Hobgoblin! The timing of this goblin’s return with Peter working at Oscorp MUST be a coincidence, right? But who is donning the yellow cowl? Roderick Kingsley? Ned Leeds? Flash Thompson? If you know anything about Hobgoblin, you know that you know nothing about Hobgoblin.
Plot
Ned Leeds tells Peter that he is investigating Norman Osborn, who had an interview with Roderick Kingsley, the former Hobgoblin.
Peter doesn't offer to help him because he prefers to investigate because he trusts Norman.
Osborn explains that in the past he had taken Kingsley's empire from him and that he wanted to make up for it by giving back what he had taken from him in his ventures.
Norman goes on a secret date with Kingsley... Suddenly the Hobgoblin appears and ends everything.
Everything points to Ned being behind the Hobgoblin mask, putting Betty Brant and her son Winston in danger.
Peter wants to pick up his complicated relationship with Black Cat.
Intense episode full of revelations and moments of maximum tension.
