Trama

Dave Colton está fuera de control asesinando a todos los soldados de Latveria de la manera mas cruel, Steve lo intercepta. El suero del supersoldado de Colton es imperfecto y su corazón empieza a fallar, pero le revela a Steve que el Gobierno de EE.UU ayudó a Doom a ser el tirano de Latveria.

Steve Rogers se desaparece y da un viaje por EE.UU para entender la nueva idiosincrasia y coyunturas sociales/económicas, el General Ross lo considera desertor y ambos tienen una discusión, que es interrumpido por Iron Man, que recluta a Steve para su nuevo equipo. Colton es salvado por una tecnología cardiaca de Stark.

Capitán América ahora vive en la Mansión de los Avengers.

What does it come from?

A TALE OF TWO CAPTAINS! As Steve learns the true nature of his mission into Latveria, he finds himself at odds with his former ally DAVE COLTON - the current CAPTAIN AMERICA, whose path to freedom grows more violent by the day. Who will be the last Captain left standing?

Plot

Dave Colton is out of control, brutally murdering all the soldiers of Latveria. Steve intercepts him. Colton's super-soldier serum is flawed, and his heart begins to fail, but he reveals to Steve that the U.S. government helped Doom become the tyrant of Latveria.

Steve Rogers disappears and travels across the U.S. to understand the new social and economic realities. General Ross considers him a deserter, and the two have an argument, which is interrupted by Iron Man, who recruits Steve for his new team. Colton is saved by a heart transplant developed by Stark.

Captain America now lives at Avengers Mansion.

This comic offers a brilliant and realistic vision of Captain America, refreshing his mythology by placing him in a contemporary setting.
