Este cómic estrena nueva etapa y equipo creativo, escrito por el director/guionista Kevin Smith e ilustrado por la talentosa Pernille Oerum (DC Superhero Girls), este arco argumental de cuatro partes de llama The Golden Rage of Hollywood, donde de manera no autorizada una productora filma Hit-Girl Hasta Aquí (Heretofore Hit-Girl).
¿De qué viene?
En HIT-GIRL SEASON TWO #2: THE TALKIES, Hit-Girl se prepara para enfrentar a el productor Lew Brothsteen, sin embargo una niña con un look muy parecido al de Mindy se le adelanta y le corta los genitales a Lew cuando se disponía a abusar de una joven actriz, en ese momento entra la seguridad y Hit-Girl tiene que saltar de esta oficinas a una gran altura.
Este cómic hace honor a Sensurround es un proceso desarrollado en la década de 1970 por Universal Studios para mejorar la experiencia de audio durante la presentación de películas en cines. Fue específicamente desarrollado para exhibir la película de 1974 Terremoto.

Mindy está herida por la caída, mientras que la prensa revela el ataque de Lew Brothsteen, esto revela la ubicación de Hit-Girl, que lleva 3 años con un perfil muy bajo y fuera de EE.UU, por lo que un enemigo del pasado regresa para cobrar venganza, el único sobreviviente de la familia Genovese, Francesco Genovese.
