Vampirella (principal exponente del cómic de terror y erótico) fue creada por Forrest J. Ackerman, Archie Goodwin con el artista Frank Frazetta, ella proviene del planeta extraterrestre Drakulon, donde los Vampiri viven de beber sangre de los ríos. Ella posee super fuerza, resistencia y puede volar y la tierra es su nuevo hogar que va a proteger.
Vengeance of Vampirella debutó originalmente en 1994, con una mirada más salvaje de la Hija de Drakulon. Ahora, para el 50 aniversario de Vampirella, el escritor original de la serie Tom Sniegoski está de regreso con el arte de Michael Sta. Maria.
Esta serie ocurre 25 años en el futuro en un mundo devastado por Nyx que asesinó a Vampirella, Pendragon resucita a Vampirella para acabar con la tiranía mundial de Nyx.
¿Qué sucede?
Vampirella y Pendragon buscan a Danser Dervish el gran asesino y gruerrero/agente del equipo Danse Macabre. Danser no está en su mejor momento pero será clave como aliado de Vampirella y Mr Sebastian lo va a recuperar.
Abbadon, el ángel del apocalipsis, está esperando el momento de escapar y acabar con lo que hizo Nyx y destruir la tierra.
Nyx prepara un ejercito, nueva armadura y un dragón lista para acabar con Vampirella pero sin esperar encontrarse con Abbadon, quien aun no deja claro que va a hacer cuando lo dejen libre
Esta entrega aumenta el ritmo de acción, sangre y se centra en la batalla final.

Vengeance of Vampirella originally debuted in 1994, with a wilder look from the Daughter of Drakulon. Now for Vampirella's 50th anniversary, original series writer Tom Sniegoski is back with the art of Michael Sta. Maria.
What does it come from?
This series occurs 25 years in the future in a world devastated by Nyx who killed Vampirella, Pendragon resurrects Vampirella to end Nyx's world tyranny.
What's going on?
Vampirella and Pendragon search for Danser Dervish the great assassin/warrior/agent of the Danse Macabre team. Danser is not at his best but he will be key as an ally of Vampirella and Mr Sebastian is going to get him back.
Abbadon, the angel of the apocalypse, is waiting for the moment to escape and end what Nyx did and destroy the earth.
Nyx prepares an army, new armor and a dragon ready to finish off Vampirella but instead she will meet Abbadon, who still does not make it clear what he is going to do when he is released.
This installment increases the pace of action, blood and focuses on the final battle.
