Artists, Writers & Artisans es la nueva editorial de cómics impulsada por Axel Alonso (Ex Editor en Jefe de Marvel Comics) y Bill Jemas (Ex Vice Presidente de Marvel Comics), quienes fungen como CCO y Editor respectivamente, con equipos creativos legendarios con el objetivo de hacer los mejores cómics posible sin limitaciones creativas donde los derechos intelectuales son de sus creadores.
¿De qué viene?
April Walters es una víctima de la vida: una madre abnegada a su hogar y familia, cuyo fuego interno ha sido apagado por su triste existencia. Cuando su hija desaparece en circunstancias misteriosas, April se embarca en un viaje a la parte oscura de su comunidad, topándose con un inmenso sindicato criminal y su letal matriarca. April pondrá a pruebas sus límites para descubrir que el infierno no se compara a la furia de una madre despreciada.
En Bad Mother #2, April descubre que el detective Eckland es corrupto y forma parte de la red de trata de blancas, prostitucion y drogas de la matriarca con sus hijos Hunter y Caleb. April sabe que nadie la va a ayudar o le creerá.
¿Qué sucede?
April empieza a investigar la red de la matriarca y estudia cómo funciona un laboratorio de metanfetamina para ver cómo destruirlo, April va a meter en problemas porque el descuido de Eckland es la que la llevó a descubrir la ubicación de toda esta red.
Por otro lado estudia la rutina diaria de la matriarca, sabe los lugares que frecuenta, April es dedicada y sabe trabajar con los pocos elementos que tiene a la mano. En el hogar de una ama de casa que pueden conseguir aparte de juguetes y productos de limpieza, para ella eso es suficiente.
Este cómic muestra a April decidida a recuperar a Taylor y pobre el que se le atraviese en su camino, hay dos secuencias de acción magníficas y el final les dejará sin aliento. Reitero que este es uno de los mejores cómics del 2020.
Arte y trama.
Esta entrega Faust ofrece un ritmo narrativo muy rápido que se disfruta con el arte también dinámico de Deodato.
Resumen
Poco a poco April está acabando con cada uno de los integrantes de esta red de prostitución, esclavitud y drogas usando solamente lo que tiene en casa.

What's it coming from?
April Walters is a hit-and-run victim of life – a soccer mom whose inner fire has been snuffed out by her dreary suburban existence. When her teenage daughter goes missing under mysterious circumstances, April embarks on a harrowing journey through the underbelly of her suburban community that sets her on a collision course with a massive crime syndicate and its lethal matriarch. Tested to her limits and beyond, April discovers that hell hath no fury like a mother scorned.
In Bad Mother # 2, April discovers that Detective Eckland is corrupt and is part of the matriarch's trafficking, prostitution and drug ring with her sons Hunter and Caleb. April knows that no one is going to help her or believe her.
What's going on?
April begins to investigate the matriarch's network and studies how a methamphetamine laboratory works to see how to destroy it, April is going to get Eckland in trouble because his carelessness is what led her to discover the location of this entire network.
On the other hand, she studies the daily routine of the matriarch, knows the places she frequents, April is dedicated and knows how to work with the few items she has on hand. In the home of a housewife you can surely find toys and cleaning products, for her that is enough.
This comic shows April determined to get Taylor back and to destroy whoever gets in her way, there are two magnificent action sequences and the ending will take your breath away. I reiterate that this is one of the best comics of 2020.
Art and Plot
In this chapter Faust offers a very fast narrative rhythm that is enjoyed with the also dynamic art of Deodato.
Summary
Little by little April is destroying each one of the members of this prostitution, slavery and drug network using only what she has at home.
