Un agente del Servicio Secreto y su socio de la nueva era investigan una caja misteriosa conocida como el "Caso del miedo", que ha aparecido a lo largo de la historia en sitios de desastres y tragedias. Quien entre en posesión de este caso debe transmitirlo dentro de los tres días o enfrentará consecuencias mortales. Los agentes deben seguir las pistas mientras se mantienen un paso por delante de un culto psicótico y las fuerzas del otro mundo detrás de la existencia del caso.
Trama
A los agentes Mitchum y Winters nada más le queda un solo día para deshacerse del caso o resolverlo, ambos tienen una discusión muy fuerte porque Winters cree que esto es una conspiración del gobierno, Mitchum no.
A la mañana Mitchum se entera que Winters no ha llegado y sigue la pista que dejó, gracias a eso se enfrenta a una pandilla.
Pero me está equivocado porque Winters en la noche le dejaron de llegar el paquete en su casa diciéndole que tenía que entregar la persona que más odia, Winters abre la bolsa y se consigue una caja que al abrirla sale como un pulpo negro oscuro, tenebroso.
Este capitulo nos deja sin aliento en especial con el final, no les queda nada de tiempo para solucionar el caso o sobrevivir en el proceso.
Arte
El arte sigue siendo muy rustico, a veces difícil de diferenciar ciertos elementos o personajes.

What does it come from?
A new, horrific detective series by Matt Kindt (Ether, Mind MGMT) and Tyler Jenkins (Grass Kings)!
A no-nonsense Secret Service agent and his new-age partner investigate a mysterious box known as the "Fear Case," which has appeared throughout history at sites of disaster and tragedy. Whoever comes into possession of this case must pass it on within three days or face deadly consequences. The agents must track down this Fear Case while staying one step ahead of a psychotic cult and the otherwordly forces behind the Case's existence.
PLOT
Agents Mitchum and Winters have only one day left to get rid of the case or solve it, they both have a very strong argument because Winters believes that this is a government conspiracy, Mitchum does not.
In the morning Mitchum finds out that Winters has not arrived to the HQ and follows the track he left, thanks to that he faces a gang.
But he is wrong because Winters that night he recieved the "box" that he had to deliver the person he hates the most, Winters opens the bag and gets a box that when opened comes out like a dark black octopus.
This chapter leaves us breathless especially with the end, they have no time left to solve the case or survive in the process.
Art
The art is still very rustic, sometimes difficult to differentiate certain elements or characters.
