El hombre una vez conocido como Hulk ahora no es ni hombre, ni Hulk, ES MAESTRO! Después de deponer al antiguo gobernante de Dystopia, el Maestro fija su mirada aún más allá. ¡Es hora de que todo el planeta Tierra reconozca a su único dios verdadero! Pero el Maestro no es el único inmortal que queda ... y si quiere realmente dominar el planeta, ¡tendrá que enfrentarse a los seres más poderosos de la creación! ¡PETER DAVID continúa la historia que comenzó hace décadas en el legendario FUTURE IMPERFECT y que continuo en el 2020 con Maestro.
En MAESTRO WAR AND PAX #3 The Pantheon se unen a Doctor Doom, para detener Maestro y logran transformar a Maestro en Bruce Banner y vencerlo, le disparan en la cabeza pero el poder de regeneración de Banner/Maestro es mucho mas rápido de lo normal y solo lo deja inconsciente porque se cura en segundos.
En esta maniobra se adentran en la memoria de Banner y ven como Brian Banner, padre de Bruce asesina a su esposa Rebecca delante de los ojos de Bruce. Rick Jones tenía razón Maestro es la personalidad de Brian que surge a través de Bruce Banner como este Hulk sin escrúpulos.
Trama
The Pantheon van a sepultar a Bruce Banner, (que sigue inconsciente visiblemente viejo) en un bloque del metal indestructible duranium, le iban a dejar unos orificios para respirar.
En la mente de Banner vive un psicoanálisis ficticio hecho por el Doctor Samson, pero Maestro aparece y le explica a Banner que debe despertar y asi ocurre, Maestro retoma su cuerpo y ataca con todo la base de The Pantheon y amenaza con asesinar a Atalanta, solo la va a soltar si lanzan sus misiles a la basa de A.I.M para acabar con M.O.D.O.K,The Pantheon lo hace y al mismo tiempo lanzan otros misiles a su propia base. Maestro acaba con dos poderosos enemigos al mismo tiempo.
Mientras ocurre esto, Doctor Doom se autoproclama el monarca abosluto de Dystopia.
Incluye una la segunda parte de la historia corta The Black Scythe donde explican como The Pantheon atacan al grupo extremista The Black Scythe responsables de lanzar una enfermedad en el mundo luego de la hecatombe nuclear.
Arte
Javier Pina crea excelentes secuencias de persecución destacando el poder de Maestro así como la fragilidad de Banner en un futuro que mezcla desolación y ciencia ficción. German Peralta ilustra una genial secuencia de ataque en la historia corta The Black Scythe
Resumen
Un penúltimo capitulo lleno de acción donde Maestro es sin duda la versión mas peligrosa y poderosa de Hulk

In MAESTRO WAR AND PAX # 3 The Pantheon team up with Doctor Doom, to stop Maestro and manage to transform Maestro into Bruce Banner and defeat him, they shoot him in the head but Banner / Maestro's regeneration power is much faster than normal and it only knocks you unconscious because it heals in seconds.
In this maneuver they delve into Banner's memory and see how Brian Banner, Bruce's father murders his wife Rebecca in front of Bruce's eyes. Rick Jones was right Master is Brian's personality that comes through Bruce Banner as this unscrupulous Hulk.
Plot
The Pantheon are going to bury Bruce Banner, (who is still visibly old unconscious) in a block of the indestructible metal duranium, they are going to leave him some holes to breathe.
In Banner's mind there lives a fictional psychoanalysis made by Doctor Samson, but Master appears and explains to Banner that he must wake up and so it happens, Master takes his body and attacks with all the base of The Pantheon and threatens to assassinate Atalanta, He will only release it if they launch their missiles at the AIM base to finish off MODOK, The Pantheon does it and at the same time they launch other missiles at their own base. Master kills all his powerful enemies at the same time.
While this is happening, Doctor Doom proclaims himself the absolute monarch of Dystopia.
It includes a second part of the short story The Black Scythe where they explain how The Pantheon attack this extremist group responsible for launching a disease in the world after the nuclear hecatomb.
Art
Javier Pina creates excellent chase sequences highlighting the power of Maestro as well as the fragility of Banner in a future that mixes desolation and science fiction. German Peralta illustrates a great attack sequence in the short story The Black Scythe

An action-packed penultimate chapter where Maestro is undoubtedly the most dangerous and powerful version of the Hulk
