Es preciso aclarar que las manos de simio de Tong le agrega una capa adicional de morbo y terror a este nuevo y cruel villano. Tong no necesita la ayuda de Crane para escapar, lo requiere para un plan más complejo que involucra un robo de un artefacto importante, que en conjunción con otros pueden cambiar la balanza de la humanidad hacia Tong. Tong forma parte de La Sociedad Icaro o Icarus Society, cuya definición es bien explicada en esta entrega, tal cual como como el dios Icarus se arriesgan a todo por el poder. Y tiene enemigos dentro de esta misma sociedad. Mark Millar incluye momentos importantes de nuestra cultura contemporánea para nutrir su universo de personajes a su vez le otorga un realismo interesante. Este evento involucra una misteriosa expedición en las cuevas Tayos del Ecuador en 1974 por el héroe científico del momento Neil Amstrong. Arte Matteo Buffagni ilustra escenas llenas de dinamismo con magníficas expresiones faciales, la cantidad de detalles en cada una de sus páginas son hipnotizantes. Los colores son muy brillantes y destacan aún más esos detalles. PLOT Edison Crane has little time to live because he has a bomb in his stomach and must follow the orders of the mysterious genius Lucius Tong who involves him in his prison escape plan. It is necessary to clarify that Tong's ape hands add an additional layer of morbidity and terror to this new and cruel villain. Tong doesn't need Crane's help to escape, he requires him for a more complex plan involving a theft of an important artifact, which in conjunction with others can shift the balance of humanity towards Tong. Tong is part of the Icarus Society or Icarus Society, whose definition is well explained in this installment, just as the god Icarus risks everything for power. And he has enemies within this very society. Mark Millar includes important moments of our contemporary culture to nurture his universe of characters while giving it an interesting realism.
