Elvira, la presentadora nocturna de filmes de terror las décadas de 1980 y 1990 encarnada Cassandra Peterson, regresa con aventuras en su formato de cómic. Elvira es una mujer voluptuosa y divertida que ama el género del terror y el look gótico, su película Elvira Mistress of the Dark del año 1988 es de culto. Su principal característica es su agudo sentido del humor/auto-consciente y que frecuentemente rompe la cuarta pared. En este cómic resaltan todas estas cualidades.

¿De qué viene?

 Únase al escritor David Avallone (Elvira Meets Vincent Price, Bettie Page: Unbound) y a la artista Silvia Califano (la próxima "Death of Elvira") en un cómic que no debería mostrarle a su madre: simplemente se enoja un poco a veces.

¡En el espacio, nadie puede escuchar tus juegos de sexo tonto! La Mistress of the Dark se encuentra "alienada", como su viaje a través del multiverso de las películas, Elvira, a bordo de cierta nave espacial condenada con cierta mortalidad. (No, no es el gato). Ven a la comedia de terror, quédate por la fatiga de la franquicia en este esfuerzo prometee del escritor David Avallone (Elvira se encuentra con Vincent Price, Bettie Page: Unbound) y la artista Silvia Califano (Star Trek, juez Dredd. )

Trama

Elvira sigue viajando en una red de dimensiones paralelas a través del control remoto donde la sigue llevando a importantes películas de terror, en esta entrega llega a Aliens.

Tanto esta entrega como las anteriores Elvira no se llaman los nombres de los personajes reales, por lo que estos nombres son algo semejantes y terminan siendo en sí una broma con juego de palabras.

Elvira rompe la cuarta pared con frases hilarantes y se burla constantemente del escritor David Avallone y hay muchas referencias a esta película. Con este cómic van a reír de principio a fin.

Arte

Para este cómic la calidad del arte es aun mejor que los anteriores, capta con mucha exactitud la estética, tono y elementos de sci fi del clásico de culto Aliens.

Resumen

Elvira sabe cómo termina cada una de las películas en las que llega sin embargo su vida corre peligro mientras ella no para de bromear

Elvira, the late night host of horror films in the 1980s and 1990s incarnated Cassandra Peterson, returns with her adventures in a comic book format. Elvira is a voluptuous and funny woman who loves the horror genre and the gothic look, her film Elvira Mistress of the Dark of the year 1988 is of cult movie. Its main characteristic it's her acute sense of humor / self-conscious and that frequently breaks the fourth wall. This comic highlight all these qualities.

Where it comes from?

In space, no one can hear your goofy sex puns! The Mistress of the Dark finds herself "alienated," as her trip through the Multiverse of Movies lands Elvira aboard a certain doomed starship with a certain deadly stowaway. (No, it's not the cat.) Come for the horror comedy, stay for the franchise fatigue in this Promethean effort by writer David Avallone (Elvira Meets Vincent Price, Bettie Page: Unbound) and artist Silvia Califano (Star Trek, Judge Dredd.)

Plot

Elvira continues to travel in a network of parallel dimensions through the remote control where she continues to take her to important horror films, in this installment she arrives in Aliens.

As all the previous issues Elvira are not called the names of the real characters, so these names are similar and end up being a joke with word game.

Elvira breaks the fourth wall with hilarious phrases and constantly mocks the writer David Avallone and there are many references to this film. With this comic they will laugh from beginning to end.

Art

For this comic the quality of art is even better than the previous ones, it captures the aesthetics, tone and elements of SCI fi of the aliens cult classic.

Summary

Elvira knows how each of the movies ends in which she arrives, however, her life is in danger while she does not stop joining
