La nueva editorial de cómics Artists, Writers & Artisans viene con mucha y con varias series por equipos creativos legendarios en la industria del cómic, integrada por Axel Alonso (Ex Editor en Jefe de Marvel Comics) y Bill Jemas (Ex Vice Presidente de Marvel Comics), quienes fungen como CCO y Editor respectivamente.
¿De qué viene?
La guerra ha terminado, la democracia es una ilusión, el poder real ahora no reside en las naciones sino en las grandes corporaciones, comprometidas en una guerra silenciosa por la dominación global. Su arma número uno: agentes altamente calificados y tecnológicamente mejorados entrenados desde la infancia para jurar lealtad a la bandera corporativa. Pero, ¿qué sucede cuando uno de esos agentes se libera de sus cadenas mentales y decide derribar todo el sistema? ¿Puede un "Ronin" marcar la diferencia?.
En American Ronin #1 usando tecnología en su sangre, este Ronin (un samurai que no le rinde cuentas a nadie), hackea la mente de Cornell usando el ADN de manera que lo manipula para suicidarse para eso necesita la ayuda de la celebrity Gigi Lo. Ronin odia la corporación PANCORP pero aun no se sabe por qué.
¿Qué sucede?
Esta entrega se traslada al aeropuerto de Roma, donde llega el empresario Warren Kennedy, el nuevo objetivo de Ronin.
Ronin pudo haber asesinado a Warren con un disparo, pero el desea hackear su mente y hacerlo sufrir, sin duda es muy grave lo que le hicieron a Ronin, su sed de venganza parece no tener limite. Esta desesperado por obtener su ADN para descubrir sus secretos.
Pero en este caso toda la corporación sabe de la existencia de Ronin, por lo que Kennedy tiene a un guardaespaldas con las mismas habilidades físicas y mentales de Ronin, se llama Incubus, esta por tenderle una trampa.
Revelan al jefe de jefes de PANCORP, el misterioso Henry Hamilton.
Arte y Trama
Esta entrega esta llena de suspenso y de misterio de espías, muestran a Ronin mas vulnerable, empezamos a conocer sus razones y de lo que es capaz de hacer, de nuevo el arte de ACO es magnifico.
Resumen
Ronin tiene un nuevo objetivo, esta dispuesto a todo por lograr hackear su mente, pero no cuenta con un rival de su altura.

What's it coming from?
War is over, democracy an illusion, real power now lies not with nation states but huge corporations engaged in a silent war for global domination. Their number one weapon: highly-skilled, technologically-enhanced operatives trained since childhood to pledge their allegiance to the corporate flag. But what happens when one such operative breaks free of his mental chains and decides to bring the whole system down? Can one “Ronin” make a difference?
In American Ronin # 1 using technology in his blood, this Ronin (a samurai who is not accountable to anyone), hacks Cornell's mind using DNA in a way that manipulates him to commit suicide for that he needs the help of celebrity Gigi Lo . Ronin hates the PANCORP corporation but it is not yet known why.
This issue goes to the Rome airport, where the businessman Warren Kennedy, Ronin's new target, arrives.
