Frank and Flo Bobbsey are part of the Syndicate and they know who she is wants Nancy dead.

What's going on?

After questioning Frank and Flo, Nancy, Joe and Frank are convinced who wants Nancy dead.

This installment closes the story that for six chapters explains how this case is strongly connected to Nancy's past.

The plot is somewhat predictable and somewhat slow, very different from how the story began.
