La nueva editorial de cómics Artists, Writers & Artisans viene con mucha fuerza y con varias series por equipos creativos legendarios en la industria del cómic, integrada por Axel Alonso (Ex Editor en Jefe de Marvel Comics) y Bill Jemas (Ex Vice Presidente de Marvel Comics), quienes fungen como CCO y Editor respectivamente.
¿De qué viene?
Benjamin Percy (Year Zero, Wolverine) y Brent Schoonover (Batman ‘66) presentan un thriller psicológico que examina una serie de asesinatos en el corazón rural de Estados Unidos. Una joven con un oscuro secreto familiar se embarca en una búsqueda para cazar al asesino en serie que mató brutalmente a su padre, solo para descubrir que él es solo una pieza de una red nacional del maldad que serpentea en todo el país y se esconde a plena vista. Para atrapar al diablo, primero debes conectarte con tu oscuridad interior.
En Devils Highway #4 Sharon alquila un camión con Quinton y se van por la carretera para así tratar de ir tras la pista del último asesino que secuestró a Roxie. Quentin está quebrado psicológicamente y ahoga sus penas en el alcohol. Se consiguen con una testigo clave.
La secta de camioneros están por torturar a Roxie. Capitulo final.
¿Qué sucede?
Sharon y Quinton se encuentran con la prostituta que le pidió ayuda al padre de Sharon cuando lo mato el camionero asesino en serie, el la tenia torturada en su camión por tres días.
Tras la dura interrogación, Sharon y Quinton ya tienen información suficiente para seguir rastreando al asesino de su padre, por lo que sigue su viaje en carretera con el camión, gracias a un dispositivo de rastreo.
Roxie esta a punto de ser sacrificada por esta secta de asesinos/camioneros obsesionados con serpientes, lo que le van a hacer es indescriptible y sumamente perverso.De nuevo muestran todo lo que tienen en ese trailer de tortura, todos sus "trofeos" de partes humanas es perturbador.
La secuencia final es intensa y Sharon demuestra lo que es capaz de hacer, ella no tiene piedad.
Sharon y Quinton solo descubren la punta del iceberg, pero ya tienen otra pista de quien puede estar detrás de todo.
Arte y Trama
Este capitulo final Benjamin Percy sube el nivel de acción y suspenso, donde cada pagina esta llena de adrenalina con el arte intenso de Brent Schoonover.
Resumen
Este primer volumen cierra por todo lo alto una historia que se siente muy posible, Benjamin Percy y Brent Schoonover no escatiman esfuerzos en impactarnos pagina a pagina.

What's it coming from?
Benjamin Percy (Wolverine) and Brent Schoonover (Batman ‘66) present a nerve-racking thriller examining murder in the dark underbelly of America’s heartland. A young woman with a dark family secret embarks on a quest to hunt down the serial killer that brutally murdered her father – only to discover he is just one piece of a national network of evil that snakes across the country and hides in plain sight. To catch the devil she must first embrace the darkness within.
In Devils Highway # 4 Sharon rents a truck with Quinton and they go down the road to try to go on the trail of the last murderer who kidnapped Roxie. Quentin is psychologically broken and drowns his sorrows in alcohol.
The truckers cult are about to torture Roxie. Final chapter.
Sharon and Quinton meet the prostitute who asked Sharon's father for help when he was killed by the serial killer truck driver, he had her tortured in her truck for three days.
After the harsh interrogation, Sharon and Quinton already have enough information to continue tracking the murderer of her father, so he continues his road trip with the truck, thanks to a tracking device.
Roxie is about to be sacrificed by this sect of snake-obsessed assassins / truckers, what they are going to do to her is indescribable and extremely wicked. Again they show everything they have in that torture trailer, all their "trophies" of parts humans is disturbing.
The final sequence is intense and Sharon shows what she is capable of, she has no mercy.
Sharon and Quinton only discover the tip of the iceberg, but they already have another clue of who may be behind it all.
Art and plot.
This final chapter Benjamin Percy raises the level of action and suspense, where each page is filled with adrenaline with the intense art of Brent Schoonover.
Summary
This first volume has a stunning closure, a story that feels very possible, Benjamin Percy and Brent Schoonover impact the reader page after page.
