Artists, Writers & Artisans es la nueva editorial de cómics impulsada por Axel Alonso (Ex Editor en Jefe de Marvel Comics) y Bill Jemas (Ex Vice Presidente de Marvel Comics), quienes fungen como CCO y Editor respectivamente, con equipos creativos legendarios con el objetivo de hacer los mejores cómics posible sin limitaciones creativas donde los derechos intelectuales son de sus creadores.
¿De qué viene?
April Walters es una víctima de la vida: una madre abnegada a su hogar y familia, cuyo fuego interno ha sido apagado por su triste existencia. Cuando su hija desaparece en circunstancias misteriosas, April se embarca en un viaje a la parte oscura de su comunidad, topándose con un inmenso sindicato criminal y su letal matriarca. April pondrá a pruebas sus límites para descubrir que el infierno no se compara a la furia de una madre despreciada.
En Bad Mother #3, April conoce la rutina y cómo opera el negocio sucio de la Madre de Hunter y Caleb, gracias al descuido de Eckland, que lo pagó con su vida. April se encuentra cara a cara con la que tiene secuestrada a su hija.
Penúltimo capitulo.
¿Qué sucede?
Luego de que April destruye el laboratorio de metanfetamina (usando un drone de su hijo y productos de limpieza), deja un mensaje claro a la Matriarca en la cámaras de seguridad luego visita a la matriarca en la cafetería que frecuenta, sin duda April está provocando a su enemiga.
April deja muy claro a la Matriarca que ella por sus hijos es capaz de enfrentarse a cualquier cosa.
Hunter y Caleb van a visitar a April y cometen el mismo error que todos, la subestiman.
Las últimas páginas de este capítulo poseen la mejor secuencia de acción de todo arco argumental, el final es inesperado y los dejará desesperados por tener que esperar 30 días por el capitulo final. Finalmente sabemos que la matriarca detrás de esta red de corrupción se llama Ava.
Arte y trama.
Esta entrega continua con el acelerado ritmo de narración que viene del cómic anterior, con un final inesperado. Deodato no está limitado por nada en esta nueva etapa de su carrera, dejando fluir su arte con nuevos niveles de sangre y violencia.

What's it coming from?
April Walters is a hit-and-run victim of life – a soccer mom whose inner fire has been snuffed out by her dreary suburban existence. When her teenage daughter goes missing under mysterious circumstances, April embarks on a harrowing journey through the underbelly of her suburban community that sets her on a collision course with a massive crime syndicate and its lethal matriarch. Tested to her limits and beyond, April discovers that hell hath no fury like a mother scorned.
In Bad Mother # 3, April gets to know the daily routine and how Hunter and Caleb's mother's dirty business operates, thanks to Eckland's carelessness, who paid for it with his life. April comes face to face with the one who has kidnapped her daughter.

What's going on?
After April destroys the meth lab (using her son's drone and cleaning products), she leaves a clear message to the Matriarch on security cameras then visits her in the cafeteria she frequents, April is undoubtedly provoking her enemy.
April makes it very clear to the Matriarch that she is capable of facing anything to save her children.
Hunter and Caleb go to visit April and they make the same mistake as everyone, they underestimate her.
The last pages of this chapter have the best action sequence of the arc, the ending is unexpected and will leave you desperate to have to wait 34 days for the final chapter. We finally know that the matriarch behind this network of corruption is named Ava.
Art and Plot
This installment continues with the fast-paced narration that comes from the previous comic, with an unexpected ending. Deodato is not limited by anything in this new stage of his career, letting his art flow with new levels of blood and violence.
Summary
April's plan works perfectly, she now has the upper hand and is able to negotiate Taylor's freedom
