Dark Horse Comics adapta el guión original (luego modificado) de 1976 de Dan O'Bannon (autor de Moebiuss The Long Tomorrow, coautor de Total Recall, guionista y director de The Return of the Living Dead) del clásico filme de terror y ciencia ficción Alien.
Dark Horse comics adapts the original 1976 screenplay by Dan O'Bannon (author of Moebiuss The Long Tomorrow, cowriter of Total Recall, writer/director of The Return of the Living Dead) to the cult movie ALIEN.
What does it come from?
The crew of the Snark ship lands on a planet from where they received a call for help, this desolate place has a crashed ship and a mysterious pyramid where they make a shocking discovery about the artifacts found in this mysterious place. One of the crew is attacked by a rare species that has embedded itself in his face. The Snark leaves the alien planet without knowing what they have on board.
In ALIEN: THE ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY # 4 there are only 3 survivors left and little oxygen, his plan is to send the Alien in a lifeboat and explode it in space, but for that you need a bait.
Last chapter.
What's going on?
The plan continues to be the same, catch the monster in a lifeboat and launch it into space, the detail is that the ship is full of eggs and the ship's ennergy core will not support much longer, but the captain will not leave empty-handed and the alien will not let her escape.
The comic has a very fast paced action and narrative with an action packed ending sequence.
Possibly the ending resembles the film version (final) of this story, but the way the characters developed was different, it's a truly interesting version.
This final chapter delves deeper into terror and suspense with intense and spooky sequences.
Summary
The Snark's crew is less and less likely to survive either due to mechanical defects in the ship or this mysterious alien chasing them
