RESEÑA EN ESPAÑOL/INGLÉS DE "CYCLOPS #1 DE 5" CON SPOILERS

 

¿De qué viene?

¡CYCLOPS DESATADO! Scott Summers es un mutante que siempre tiene un control casi total de sus poderes y emociones. Pero ¿qué sucede cuando se separa de los X-Men, perdido en un desierto montañoso sin el visor que controla sus devastadores poderes? ¿Podrá sobrevivir cuando Donald Pierce y sus cíborgs, los Reavers, lo están cazando? ¡Es la historia del líder de los X-Men en su faceta más salvaje!

Trama

Cyclops salva a Quentin y Magik en una misión en un cuartel de A.I.M. Scott se frustra porque su equipo no se comporta como soldados.

En Alaska recibe el mensaje de la Doctora Robin Hanover, quien trabajó en el orfanato donde torturaron a Scott, ella arrepentida por no ayudarlo le pide perdón ya que está desahuciada. Ella narró un evento en el pasado que involucra la destrucción de una ala por Cyclops, pero que ni él ni su hermano Alex recuerdan.

Las secuencias de Cyclops usando sus poderes son hipnotizantes.

Donald Pierce crea un nuevo equipo de humanos mejorados con partes cyborg llamados Reavers, que tienen a varios mutantes secuestrados para que perfore una misteriosa mina.

Cyclops en su regreso del orfanato en el Quinjet, es confundido por los Reavers que creen que e sun Avenger y derriban la nave. Scott sobrevive, pero su visor que le permite usar sus rayos ópticos es destruido, por lo tanto no puede abrir los ojos sin desatar todo su poder, esta practicamente ciego.

Interesante entrega que ubica a Cyclops en una situación donde es totalmente vulnerable, Cyclops es un líder obsesionado con el trol y paradójicamente como pide controlar su poder.

Arte

Es orgánico con muchos detalles apoyado con texturas y trazos, que hace un tributo a los cómics de la década del 00, pero aportando una impronta genial con un dinamismo magnífico que destaca el poder mutante de Cyclops.

Resumen

Cyclops está en el lugar equivocado y en la mira de los nuevos Reavers en un momento vulnerable donde no tiene control de nada de lo que ocurre

What does it come from?

CYCLOPS UNLEASHED! Scott Summers is a mutant who is always in near-total control of his powers and his emotions. But what happens when he's separated from the X-Men, lost in a mountain wilderness without the visor that keeps his devastating powers in check? And will he be able to stay alive when Donald Pierce and his cyborgs, the Reavers, are hunting him? It's a tale of the X-Men's leader at his most savage core!

Plot

Cyclops saves Quentin and Magik on a mission at an A.I.M. facility. Scott is frustrated because his team isn't behaving like soldiers.

In Alaska, he receives a message from Dr. Robin Hanover, who worked at the orphanage where Scott was tortured. Regretting her inability to help him, she begs for forgiveness as she is terminally ill. She recounts a past event involving Cyclops destroying a wing, but neither he nor his brother Alex remember it.

The sequences of Cyclops using his powers are mesmerizing.

Donald Pierce creates a new team of cyborg-enhanced humans called the Reavers, who have kidnapped several mutants to drill into a mysterious mine.

On his return from the orphanage in the Quinjet, Cyclops is mistaken for an Avenger by the Reavers, who shoot down his aircraft. Scott survives, but his visor, which allows him to use his optic blasts, is destroyed. Therefore, he cannot open his eyes without unleashing his full power; he is practically blind.

This interesting installment places Cyclops in a completely vulnerable situation. Cyclops is a leader obsessed with the troll, and paradoxically, he asks to control his power.

Art

The art is organic, with many details supported by textures and lines, paying homage to the comics of the 2000s, but adding a brilliant touch with magnificent dynamism that highlights Cyclops' mutant power.

Summary

Cyclops is in the wrong place at the wrong time and in the crosshairs of the new Reavers at a vulnerable moment, where he has no control over anything that happens.
