Trama
Peter sigue intentando enfrentarse a Kingpin pero no puede mover su cuerpo porque Mr Negative lo tiene controlado, pero Spider-man es inteligente y logra vencer a Mr Negative y empieza una pelea mano a mano con Kingpin.
Richard y Felicia intentan llegar a nodo para usar el dispositivo de borrado, pero son atacados por una sustancia que se adapta a sus medios, algo que el traje de Richard de nanotecnología que se comporta como Venom logra detener por el tiempo necesario.
Ben y JJJ destapan la fachada de Kingpin por lo que pierde también su imperio y Mr Negative aprovecha para hacer su jugada final que los destruye a ambos.
Harry logra una alianza con Captain Britain, uno de los líderes de The Maker, donde Mysterio suplanta a Kingpin. Harry logra hablar con Gwen y ella le dice que los Parker estarán a salvo si no se meten con The Maker, para luego desaparecer de nuevo en este fusión de conciencias con los otros Myterios. Hay que ver que ocurre en ULTIMATE ENDGAME, porque este final está totalmente abierto.
Este es el último número de esta serie, que nos trajo una de las mejores versiones evolucionadas de Peter Parker y su universo.
Arte
Está cargado de detalles geniales que explotan en tu cara apoyados con texturas sutiles y bien ubicadas, que le da un tono crudo y potente a esta historia que sacude y le da un giro realista a Spider-man.
Es orgánico y dinámico, que te hipnotiza en cada uno de los paneles.
Checchetto y Messina cierran por todo lo alto esta magnífica saga que ellos construyeron visualmente.

Plot
Peter continues trying to confront Kingpin, but he can't move his body because Mr. Negative has him under his control. However, Spider-Man is clever and manages to defeat Mr. Negative, engaging Kingpin in hand-to-hand combat.
Richard and Felicia try to reach the node to use the erasure device, but they are attacked by a substance that adapts to their environment. Richard's nanotechnology suit, which behaves like Venom, manages to stop it for just long enough.
Ben and JJJ expose Kingpin's facade, causing him to lose his empire as well. Mr. Negative seizes the opportunity to make his final move, destroying them both.
Harry forms an alliance with Captain Britain, one of the leaders of The Maker, where Mysterio impersonates Kingpin. Harry manages to speak with Gwen, who tells him that the Parkers will be safe if they don't mess with The Maker, before disappearing again in this fusion of consciousness with the other Mysterios. We'll have to see what happens in Ultimate Endgame, because this ending is completely open-ended.
This is the final issue of this series, which brought us one of the best evolved versions of Peter Parker and his universe.
Art
It's packed with brilliant details that explode in your face, supported by subtle and well-placed textures, giving a raw and powerful tone to this story that shakes things up and gives Spider-Man a realistic twist.
It's organic and dynamic, mesmerizing you in every panel.
Checchetto and Messina bring this magnificent saga, which they visually crafted, to a spectacular close.
Summary
Spider-Man vs. Kingpin in an epic finale that leaves us with one of the best alternate sagas of Peter Parker.
