Este es el final...del primer volumen, donde todo se resuelve mediante una secuencia de inesperadas revelaciones. Recuerden que este es el primer cómic de Netflix desde que abrió su división, por lo que pronto será una serie de esta mega plataforma streaming.
¿De qué viene?
En The Magic Order #5 revelan que Gabriel es el asesino The Venetian, que viene trabajando con Madame Albany desde un principio para que ella use el Orichalcum, el libro prohibido en posesión de la Orden para resucitar a su hija Rosetta. Mientras Albany lo que desea es ser reconocida como la mejor hechicera y tener el Orichalcum para ella.
¿Qué sucede?
Cordelia es la única sobreviviente de la Orden luego de que Regan acaba de ser asesinado por su hermano Gabriel, para también descubrir que ella será sacrificada y usar su cuerpo para resucitar a Rosetta.
Con todo en contra, Cordelia logra safarce de una situación imposible, en este momento es que surge el primero de muchos giros de la trama.
Cada página de este cómic es impresionante, Olivier Coipel se destaca con cada panel, cada secuencias y cada magnífica página splash. Este cómic es una explosión visual.
Mark Millar les dejará atónitos, página a página es casi imposible predecir qué va a suceder, donde hace que los personajes evolucionen con una serie de revelaciones brillantes.
Algo seguro es que este universo merece un segundo, tercero y muchos volúmenes.
