New York, NY— July 2, 2026 — This October, things go from bad to worse for the X-Men and the Fantastic Four in their battle against the villainous group 3K! While Cyclops’ team engages 3K above the skies of Philadelphia to prevent the release of the X-Virus and the emergence of a dark future, the Fantastic Four have mysteriously forgotten their own identities (and how their powers work!) while on their own quest to save the master of magnetism, Magneto. As if that’s not enough trouble, the X-Men’s base in Alaska comes under attack with John Greycrow left alone to defend it and Psylocke stalks a mysterious monster on a dangerous solo mission that promises to reveal dark secrets. It’s all taking place across new issues of DNX, FANTASTIC FOUR and X-MEN this October.

 

In DNX #3, 3K’s counterstroke has shocked the X-Men and Philadelphia is no less in the shadow of disaster as the Chairman’s spoilsport plan

comes into effect! The X-Men must look to the least of their number while the Fantastic Four fight against time to deliver the data that can save the day.

 

"In all the high drama and high action of DNX, we're also taking the time to zoom in on more personal moments, finding time to explore slightly smaller stories taking place at the same time as the big event,” details DNX and X-MEN writer Jed MacKay. “X-MEN #39 sees John Greycrow, resolutely NOT an X-Man, having to step up, while #40 explores Psylocke's attitudes towards life and death- and when to make the choice between them. These both tie into the larger themes of the DNX event and move forward story threads that have been brewing for some time!"

 

In X-Men #39, enemies put their sights on the X-Men’s home base — the Factory, in Alaska. But the Factory is not undefended...and John Greycrow is an army unto himself!

 

In X-MEN #40, alone on what could be a flying tomb, Psylocke stalks a mysterious monster on a solo mission for answers. But the answers she finds may raise only further questions.

 

In FANTASTIC FOUR #18, The Fantastic Four are lost, with no memory of who they are or why they’re there — but now they know they need to find out, fast —because Magneto’s life hangs in the balance. But without identities — or a clear understanding of their powers — the FF are as much a danger to themselves as they are their opponents.

 

“This is a really fun conclusion to a two-parter which, while obviously acting as an important part of DNX, also stands on its own as a Fantastic Four story for everyone else,” explains FANTASTIC FOUR writer Ryan North. “I get to bring the FF to some places they don't normally go - both physically and emotionally - while at the same time saving the X-Men and the world. Jed has been a delight to work with, and we have commiserated over the challenge of writing Beast and Mr. Fantastic in the same room. It's hard enough writing one smart guy, but two?  There should only be one smart guy in every universe.”

DNX #1 will be the latest Marvel Comics launch to feature TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS, special sealed bags that contain exclusive variant covers not available for regular ordering, including rare, one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn sketch covers from surprise contributors. Today, the final DNX #1 variant covers are unveiled, including both open-to-order covers and blind bag exclusives.

 

Among the covers revealed today are stunning pieces by two of today’s most exciting cover artists, Fanyang and Puppeteer Lee, spotlighting Psylocke, Magik and Invisible Woman. Lee’s cover will be a regular orderable cover while Fanyang’s striking piece will be a True Believers Blind Bag exclusive. Leinil Francis Yu’s X variant cover is also revealed today, a black and white version of which will be a True Believers Blind Bag exclusive.

 

Additional Blind Bag exclusives revealed include a wraparound cover by illustrator Chris Giarrusso that pays homage to Whilce Portacio’s classic Uncanny X-Men #281 cover, a Marvel Rivals Variant Cover by NetEase Games showcasing Rogue’s iconic Savage South skin from the hit game, and an Animation Variant Cover featuring artwork from Marvel Animation’s X-Men ’97. Se revelan cinco nuevas portadas de DNX #1 creadas por Skottie Young, incluyendo una portada exclusiva para las cajas de exhibición de DNX #1 "True Believers".

FIVE NEW DNX #1 COVERS BY SKOTTIE YOUNG REVEALED, INCLUDING AN EXCLUSIVE COVER FOR DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES

DNX, a five-issue comic book event series from superstar writer Jed MacKay and acclaimed artist Federico Vicentini co-starring the X-MEN and FANTASTIC FOUR, arrives in September.

 

In addition to TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS, DNX #1 will also be available in TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES, special boxes containing 20 copies of the issue, including 19 TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS and one display box-exclusive variant cover by Skottie Young, one of five new covers Young created for the debut issue.

 

New York, NY— June 4, 2026 — This September, the X-Men and Fantastic Four join forces to stop the supervillains of 3K from unleashing the X-Virus on humanity in DNX, a five-issue event series from superstar writer Jed MacKay and acclaimed artist Federico Vicentini. The new mutant milestone is the latest Marvel Comics launch to feature TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS, special sealed bags that contain exclusive variant covers not available for regular ordering, including rare, one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn sketch covers from surprise contributors.

 

Following the success of QUEEN IN BLACK #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES, DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES will also be available. Each box contains 20 copies of DNX #1: 19 TRUE BELIVERS BLIND BAGS plus a sealed, display box-exclusive variant cover by Skottie Young available only in TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES. The cover is part of a series of five variant covers Young created for DNX #1, all of which are revealed today.

 

In his signature style, Skottie Young celebrates the latest team-up between Marvel’s First Family and Marvel’s Merry Mutants with a series of delightful character mashup covers! The cover featuring Cyclops and Mister Fantastic is available for regular ordering, while the covers featuring Kid Omega and Human Torch, Magik and Invisible Woman, and Juggernaut and Thing are True Believers Blind Bag exclusives. Rounding out the set is a cover featuring both the X-Men’s Beast and 3K’s Beast, A.K.A. the Chairman, which can only be found in DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES.

 

Skottie Young’s covers will continue across the five-issue series, with variant covers for DNX #2-5, bringing the collection to a total of nine covers.
